BEST VIDEO yet showing not only the install, but just how much the OEM PSE valve closes as you take off at low RPM vs keeping it open with Cargraphic. THANKS for such a great video and solution. Mount ordered.
Just bought one !!! I thought with my GIAC custom Tune my valves would be open 100% when I actuate it on the dash. But your right, its only open 20% at idle even at open on my dash. Well, from the simplicity of plug and play, and programing it to my dash I'm looking forward to putting it in and hearing the difference.
Thanks for the video! He said you can program it so that the valves are fully open at start up, but he didn’t show how to do that. Can you let us know how?

Can you leave the cargraphics module enabled, but toggle the PSE button to open (fully) or close (at low RPM) valves? Trying to get OEM style control of the sound but when PSE activated (by button or sport / sport+ mode) Cargraphics activates too.
when its in the "valves closed" setting: if i hit the little stock exhaust button for PSE will it still open to 20%? ideally I want 3 settings i can choose between, valves closed, PSE Open, then cargenic valves all the way opened. I guess im asking do i lose stock functionality of the valves button, and now will I only have 2 options, valves all the way closed or all the way open?
@@Flat6Motorsports thanks for the reply in the factory closed position, can i hit the PSE button on my dash to let it open to 20%? or do I now lose functionality of that button
@@SH-kh4bq Yes, so the way it works is with Cargraphic OFF, it defaults to the factory button, so that mode would control. With Cargraphic ON, it opens the valves 100%.
This just overrides the standard Porsche exhaust valve operation parameters, and will only alter the routing / flow dynamics of the gases leaving the exhaust, though still by OEM routes (assuming that no after-market exhaust is fitted). The emissions and MPG will be determined by the engine / ECU / fuel used (and your right foot!)
You just turn the Cargraphic to the off position and it goes back to the OEM valves closed program. It is possible to then use the PSE button if desired but doubt anyone would want to do that.
Does this support keeping the valves always closed? Even at high RPMs. Or closed enough to limit sound. Looking for a solution for track days that have strict sound limits.
Not on the 992. Porsche designed the valves to open up at higher RPMs in normal mode under full load because the car needs to breathe. You could risk damage by keeping them closed.
How the device operate ? when closed, is the system operate the valves as stock = closed / half open or we have to open the valve each time you are on the sport or sport+ mode

I did it on my 992 Turbo S, went for the standard exhaust with the square tailpipes!! Sounds really good now with this mod!!
Any clips how it sound by any chance? Want to add it to my turbo too
I don´t, maybe I can record it today!!@@atom999
Would be very interesting to hear it

I just installed on my 2024 911 T with Sport Exhaust..I am getting a check engine light ...any thoughts?
Did you figure out what happen?
@@jayk9202 It went away on its own...no issues since then
Great video! Do you have any content or guidance for a 991.2? Not much info out there pertaining to where the vacuum solenoid is
We don't for the valve controller kit on the 991.2 but if an opportunity comes up, we'll be sure to make one.
I have it sounds awesome especially on cold start. Would adding the soul 200 cell cats make a big difference in sound when paired with this?
Yes, it will be a tad spicier!
Can you please make a similar video for the Cayenne Coupe? 2023-2025 thanks!
Do we need this module if getting the akrapovic Slip-On ?
Im confused what is cargraphanic open and you activate that
What if the car is not configured with Porsche sport exhaust system ? Will this valve operator work ?
Yes, it works the same with non-PSE cars.
Looks really good! Does this work even if you do not have the home link system in car?
Yes, it comes with 2 keyfobs that control the open/close functions.
Could the Controller also installed on the right side?

No, the closed setting is the factory closed position, so they will remain closed unless you are under full load at certain RPMs.

Are these available for the 911.2 model?
Any chance to get it in Europe? I do not want to pay for the customs.
Is there any impact on MPG or emissions when keeping valves open constantly?

i didn't purchase the sport exhaust of Porsche, Can i install Cargraphic and still have that Cargraphic sound? Thanks in advance
Yes you can!
Have you installed such controller in 992 Turbo? Any chance for a clip once you do?
Ps. great video with tons of comparisons, thank you!
We don't have sound clips of a Turbo
Open valves works with homelink but i dont know why valves close didnt work..
You have to program one for open and one for close, they are separate radio frequencies.
does it remove the rev limiter of is it done with m engineering tune?
That can only be done with tuning.
what kind of wheel and tire setup does this 992 have?
BC Forged RZ05 w/ Michelin Cup 2 Tires
Front 20x9 +48 (255/35/20)
Rear 21x12.5 +70 (325/30/21)
Any springs or coil overs?

The kit includes 2 keyfob remotes that can be used to control the valves.
Would be better to show with spoiler on. Would show any difficulties with not removing the spoiler.
does installing this void any warranty?
Nope
Will this be coming to the 991.2?
There is one but it's not quite plug and play like the 992.

With the 2 mode, when the valve controller is in the OFF position it will default to the factory button condition.
