I still want to go to the bins and record it to get constructive criticism but unfortunately my wife and I got covid 9 days ago and we're still sick as hell. Never been this sick in my life.

Nice video, quick to the point. Question: do you ever clean or change the shoe laces in any of your sneakers or shoes? What about the canvas part of the shoe? Do you use the Grandma's Sneaker Cleaner on the canvas part?
Yes we change the laces sometimes. We source shoes that need very little cleaning. Grandmas works on some parts of canvas. Tide pens work as well but the best advice is to be stricter in your sourcing and source pairs that need very little cleaning.

Do you clean the inside of the shoes? Or do anything to them if they smell?
We don’t bring home shoes that smell. We leave those at the thrifts. We only bring home shoes that have good comps and need very little cleaning. The stricter you source the easier everything else is after.
