im always tempted to go back to just reselling shoes every time i watch your video 😀
thank you again....
Great video! I only use thrift stores to source, but I originally started my reselling journey with shoes from Ross and marshalls. I'm going to take your times and add in retail stores into my thrifting routes when I can.
Very informative and practical information that anyone can follow. You really have to be creative, strategic, yet simple and practical when sourcing.
Couldn’t agree with you more 👊👊
I like the idea of pocket sourcing. Also along with pocket sourcing I try to combine or schedule based on sales at certain thrifts. I live in northern Arizona so our goodwills offer a 20% discount every month that they send you and you just have it scanned from your phone. One Saturday a month everything in the store is 50% off at some goodwills. They always have a discount color of either $1 for everything pink or 50% off of everything particular color. There's one particular thrift that has 50% off shoes once a month because they get so many and very affluent areas filter into this particular thrift. My average shoe cost is from $2 to $4 a pair on those days. I'm really getting inspired by your content and will be going back to look at some of your older videos. Thank you for your transparency and assistance. Pam
Appreciate you sharing Pam 🤝🤝
I'm convinced that the best product ,at least at thrift stores , is always in higher income areas (new england, florida, texas, california)
Way to hit it ! Enjoy the day!
You do the same!! 👊👊
Another great video I use all of ur tips I just got from Orlando with some great finds
Congrats on the finds John 🤘🤘🤘 Happy what we’re sharing is helping 🤝🤝
Burlington is my favorite by far. I hardly ever have luck at Marshall’s or the Outlets
Burlington is a solid place to source 👊👊
This is great! A super strategy I also use but never had a name for it.
Great minds think alike 👊👊👊
Awesome, going to start incorporating some Marshall’s, Nike outlet, etc soon. We have 2 now in Houston.
So many ways to win. We have heard such great things about the sourcing in Texas. Some day we’ll come fill carts with you 💪💪
Thumbs up
Well explained video, thank you.
You’re welcome 🤝🤝
I do this exact same thing also great video brother appreciate it
👊👊 always appreciate you tuning in
I wonder if thrift stores are less popular in New England compared to where I live, in MN. Out here you will basically never find a pair of Men's Nike's for $3. Every Salvation Army prices all Men's and Women's shoes $8 and up. Even if it's a no name brand, caked with dirt, and no insoles, still $8+. Sandals you can get down to $5 or $6. Plus our sales are weaker than yours.
No excuses, I know. Thanks for the vid.
Most of the places we source have shoes that range from $10-$25+ but there are some spots (this one was an hour away) where they have less expensive shoes. So many ways to win. Even at $8 there is a ton of room for profit on several marketplaces.
Our Goodwills never had discounts anything, ever (I've mentioned in comments before)...BUT as of 2020, Salvation Stopped all sales days.
Great videos! You don’t sell on eBay?
Wow, even your thrift stores look nicely kept. The ones in my area are run down, dumpy, dirty holes, lol.
We have built routes that include the best we can find. Not all thrifts are the same so in our opinion it only makes sense to source the best ones. Sometimes that means traveling outside your local area 👊👊
Great video ! New subscriber here making videos of reselling in Canada 😊
Appreciate you tuning in!! Always sending you our best from Maine to Canada!! 🇨🇦
I live in South Florida. I guess it depends on the area you are living in. The Salvation Army in my area are extremely over priced. The price range of shoes here are from $20 to $59. Toddler shoes are $6. Even used electronics are going high as $99.99 for printers. Goodwill on the other hand has better pricing.
We know people crushing the shoe game in Florida. You can win bug no matter what state you are in 👊 Sending you our best from Maine 🤝🤝
How can you tell a shoe size if label is worn and unreadable? and if its a male or female? pair of hoka One
What shoe sizes are the best to sell?
How often do you "refresh" your Mercari listings
How did you know those shoes from Marshall would be profitable
Great video!! May I ask why you don't sell on ebay?
Just our personal preference. You can win on all the marketplaces so we use the ones we enjoy. Lots of great examples of people building monster businesses on EBay. It’s simply not for us.
If you remember, how much did you bring down the Marshalls' order after using the gift certificates?
The Marshall’s gift certificates come in increments of $10 and $20.
Do you guys always just check comps by looking on eBay or do you use an app?
Especially when you go to places like Marshall’s or tj maxx 👆
Nice disney new balance shoes. Just curious what's the size?? Interested. Haha . Thanks.
Womens 7.5. We always list on Poshmark and Mercari under RNZY.
@@rnzynow awesome.
👊👊
Doing this here in Florida is so difficult. Organizations like Salvation Army, Goodwill and thrift are all pricing their items close to their actual market value. I don’t know what to do.
We know a ton of people crushing it in Florida.
@@rnzynow I could be saying this because I only started 2 weeks ago and have only sold 2 pairs :(. I’ll keep doing it to see how things go.
Why are you paying tax? As a reseller you can get a tax exempt certificate from your State. Unless you don't file a Sales Tax report every quarter.
Is that a baby car seat in the back? If it is congratulation guys.
Do you also sell on ebay??
No we don’t use EBay.
