You can hear that the Ferrari didn’t even use launch control against the Lamborghini! It used it against the 812 Superfast though. All awesome cars!

Both are not reliable, this is just for fun. Carwow gets massive different results on the same cars all the time. DragTimes is more accurate because they are actually professional drag racers and not just car nerds on RUclips.

That Ferrari 488 Pista has THE BEST paint job there for me. That Purple with those Yellow stripes are just SO attractive and eye catching! If I decide I want to get a Ferrari 488 Pista, I am going to remember this color scheme and keep it in my mind in comparison to other color schemes I like.

Knew the Pista was the only one going to compete against the 720S but I wasn't expecting it to walk the 812!
I dont know man. The 812 is by far the most powerful here and on paper should win all this but for some reason i rarely ever see it put its power down, it feels like it has issues and hopefully they fixed them in the Competzione version. The fact that it can get passed by the Pista is insane, but i guess thats why they took the 812 superfast off the market so fast after launching them.. something is wrong with it and Ferrari wont say.

The 720S has been shown to be close to 800hp on the dyno. rather than the claimed 710, so no surprise that, combined with its aerodynamics, it's the quickest.
Yeah you add almost 100hp with just a change of tires!

It does 700whp and 780hp on the dino, while the pista does 659 whp and 721hp on dino

Front engine, so inferior launch, and naturally aspirated. It was down on torque compared to the Pista and 720S. Those turbochargers provide good torque low down.
A modded 720S, don't forget that.

The 720S is legendary. Somehow it ties the 1/4 mile with the Bugatti Veyron super sport despite having 400 hp less and its 0.1 seconds faster to 60 mph than the P1 despite having 200 hp less.

Anybody who says these cars are slow are delusional they all are crazy fast there some that are a bit more faster. But make no mistake most people would be happy with their choice. For me I'd take the 488 Pista.

Both 720s are stock actually. The 720s that the Ferrari beaten was driven by someone completely new to the car.. Just look at the launch. The Ferrari had a 1.5s head start..

Even stats show the 720S and Pista are quicker. The Pista has more torque, uses turbochargers, and is much lighter. A lot of people really think horsepower is everything.

Before I even watched the race I knew the 720S was going to win. Weight is a MAJOR factor on the drag strip. I find as long as the car is dual clutch and has between 650-700hp it will beat any heavier car with 700+ hp. And that's why the Pista came in second. The 812 Super Fast is a beast, but way too heavy

Driver of 720s saying I swear it's stock, but he turned the exhaust))) which he says gives him more turbo boos. More turbo boost - more power. You see the difference between two 720's. It has exhaust and pipes, so it is atleast remapped. No way such a big difference between two same cars only because of tyres, when both have good tyres
The other 720s had a bad reaction time like the pista
The losing 720 would need another 100 hp to offset his slow reaction time.

Unless you yourself can make a car that has the same specs as the 812 and is much faster, I wouldn’t really talk.
Another great one. Loved the bonus race. Might I suggest that all the car owners get a Dragy so we can see which car is the fastest vs the car that wins the drag race. The drag race is most of the time about who can react the fastest.

Here’s an idea for next race. Once the drivers do one race, have the drivers swap cars and race again.
I still have no idea how the world has been okay with mclaren cheating so damn hard with the 720s, from the 650 they literally went from the 600 hp range to a 800ps and claimed only "720" hp to impress the car industry and be like 'look at us mclaren our car is faster than the pista and gt2rs even if on paper they have the same power' we all know the 720 produces near 800 hp and sorry normally the next supercar should have 40 hp more, 70 more not fucking 200 hp more!!
