HOW TO USE TRUECOPY TO SEND TRANSCRIPTS ELECTRONICALLY TO IQAS, CES, ICES & WHAT ARE THE CHARGES?

- 1. Process:
a) Send soft copy of documents to Truecopy from university email address
You can request the Controller of Examination/Registrar of your institute/university to directly email Truecopy a clear PDF copy of your official transcript (from their official email id only)
Alternatively, they can send one hard-copy of your transcript or you can collect it from the university and send it and Truecopy can process and send it electronically to multiple recipient destinations.
Please note that the transcript envelope should be unopened and should be duly signed and stamped by the authority of your institute/university.
b) If your documents are available over CVL NAD and there are series of steps involved to share with the Truecopy team as outlined below. If your certificates are available over CVL NAD portal, then you don’t need to send physical copies:
Check if your academic documents are available at CVL NAD website: www.academicde...
Create account at CVL NAD
Sign in and download the digitally signed document from CVL NAD and share it with Truecopy
Truecopy team will initiate online verification process, which you need to approve through the CVL NAD portal (Need to pay for it)
Truecopy will then send the document to IQAS
c) Initial Processing Charge is ₹590 per course and Electronic Transcripts Delivery Charges IS ₹ 944 per destination

This was very informative and helpful. WES does not supports True copy, they want transcripts directly from university/institution in sealed envelope. ICES , CES , IQAS are supports TrueCopy. Request your college or university to send the Sealed envelope or email directly to TrueCopy. Then TruCopy will charge for verifying and then charge for sending the transcript to IQAS/CES/ICES or any recognized educational institute.

I'm going to apply for ECA through IQAS.
I have 3 degrees B.Sc, M.Sc and B.Ed.
My question is, do IRCC give extra points for extra degrees?
If yes then I will evaluate my M.Sc and B.Ed to get extra points.
If no then I will evaluate M.Sc only.

@@DanishKhan-ns9gh Hi Danish, I did both with True copy. You just have to mail the sealed envelope from the university to Truecopy and send them photos via email before couriering to them. Their support team will assist you in the whole process.

In IQAS, we have an option whether the documents would be sent by mail/email/digital etc. If we are sending documents through Truecopy, do we need to choose some other option like email or digital?
Also, on the second last step while filling IQAS form, they ask "Have you requested original documents of your certificate be directly sent to IQAS"
In this case do we choose yes or no - If Truecopy send our certificate/transcripts.
Choose digital service as the option.
Choose no if you're sending through Truecopy

Hii. Its a nice video with complete information related to electronic transcripts dispatch through truecopy. One question is related to should we first apply to the institution for the transcripts to be sent for truecopy dispatch and then apply for ECA? as so far ECA through WES required to login first into WES, pay their assessment fee and then use the WES form with a reference number on it to be sent to the university so that the university sends the transcripts to the WES directly. kindly elaborate.Thanks

No need to mention your file number when sending the transcripts to Truecopy. You will need that in a later stage when they're done verifying your transcripts. Truecopy will ask for it when needed

No need to find it on the portal. Send your transcripts to Truecopy, they will convert it to electronic transcripts and share with IQAS.

You don't register for Truecopy. You fill your online IQAS application and while filling the name details, upload the affidavit. For Truecopy, you only need the transcripts. They don't need your passport or name change details.

You can choose any courier service and you can also collect it from the university and then send them from your address as well

Yes absolutely. What you chose as a transmission method doesn't matter. You must. choose Truecopy for a faster ECA process. And by that I mean faster by months

The university usually sends it themselves. Either via courier or via email. If they don't then we collect the transcripts from the university in a sealed and stamped envelope and courier. However, for IQAS the fastest way to get your report is by sending it to them electronically. If your university doesn't send it directly via email, the only other options you have is Truecopy.

The whole point of choosing Truecopy is so you don't have to courier it to IQAS. Use only Truecopy and see your ECA happen miraculously before time

Thank you so much for the informative video. My query is I have B.E and Regular 2 years MBA. Do I need to get both my degree Evaluated or will my MBA Degree will work. CES is charging extra $210 dollars for the same.
Ideally the MBA degree is enough. However, some PNP programs ask for your Bachelor's too. You can go for IQAS instead. They don't charge the extra fee and processing time is much better when using Truecopy

By watching your all videos i was able to successfully create my profile and make payment on April 26.I requested ECA for my graduation as well as masters. Transcript of my masters is delivered to IQAS on 10 may as per DHL tracking number, and Transcript of my graduation is delivered on 8 June.
But till now my application status is pending and status reason is (waiting for transcripts).I tried to reach them by their contact form several times but they won't reply. Please suggest me what should i do?

Don't worry at all
It takes them a while before they open your package. In my case it took them three months to get to my package.
So it doesn't matter when the courier is delivered, it is only when they will open the package and match it to your online application is when they update the status. It's absolutely normal.

Can the university email the scanned copy of the transcript to IQAS??
Yes. But only from the university's official id. Not third party email ids like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.

Only Masters. Strictly!
I did my three years BBA from IP University Delhi and one year MS from UK. Should I send transcripts of both BBA and MS, or only MS docs are required for assessment.
Only MS is good enough but since it won't cost you extra and sometimes PNPs ask for Bachelors, I recommend you get both done.

No increase in points for two masters.
You do not need to send both degrees to get masters equivalency.
However since IQAS doesn't charge extra you can get it done.

Just a small query: Should I Truecopy the transcripts first or complete ECA payment first.
I'm afraid that what would happen if I couldn't send the transcripts as per the method I'd mentioned in ECA application.
It doesn't matter which method you choose. As long as they get your transcripts, it's fine. So don't worry about that at all. Make your payment and submit the application. The payment takes a few attempts. And you can carry the transcripts process with Truecopy parallely or do it after making the payment. Hope this helps. 1. Yes those are the only two things
2. You can get the transcripts directly emailed to IQAS from your university. To request for that you may send the academic request form which isn't really mandatory anymore. The only mandatory thing is your file number which the university has to mention while sending your transcripts to IQAS. Hope this info helps.

On IQAS country information page,it is mentioned nowhere that you can send your documents directly to truecopy,truecopy method can be used by the University itself( it's written there)..so I wnna ask..is it confirm that I can send my transcripts to truecopy by myself also.. without any University involvement.Please ans. 2. App khud courier kr skte trancripts truecopy ko .(phle University s transcripts manwane k bad)

If you want to get the ECA done for both. You have to send them the transcripts for both.

@@karthiksakare12 Hi Karthik. I wish my name was Shivangi but unfortunately it's Moumita. To answer your query, your transcripts are to be sent by your university and not you. You can't make your own transcripts. The envelope is in which the university puts the transcripts and after that seals and stamps it. It has to be sent to Truecopy or the ECA in the stamped and sealed form. It can't be opened.

Don't worry at all. Doesn't matter which option you chose. Sometimes IQAS takes a little longer than usual to update the status. Just relax and wait for your report. When the university emails it directly, the process is the fastest.

I completed MBA for 2 years from osmania university in 2012.....IQAS will consider masters ? ..........Does trucopy is officially partner for IQAS and pre-verified documents for indian students ? ....... if you send documents to IQAS manually by post. How much time ?........if you send documents to IQAS with Truecopy how much time ? .......please reply humble request ?
1. high chances of you getting masters equivalency
2. you can send them through truecopy
3. if you send manually by post, it will take you around 16-20 weeks
4. with truecopy it is quite possible that it will take only 8-10 weeks

Hello! I have done my graduation from Delhi University (they take about a month to hand over transcript) so I don't think so they will email to true copy so I have to send it by post
Whereas I will get my MBA transcript within 3 days.
So I am baffled if I should send both at once to Truecopy? Also if my MBA college sends via email directly to Truecopy whereas for graduation I have to email via post office to Truecopy will there be any problem?
Hi Milind if I understand correctly, here's what I would recommend:
1. If your MBA transcripts can be sent by email from the university's official id then send it directly to IQAS. No need to send it via Truecopy. Save money there. You can have it sent over as soon as possible. No need to wait for the graduation transcripts
2. Yes DU takes time and they don't email. So collect the transcripts from them and courier to truecopy yourself. Then let the process begin for that one.

I IQAS needs higher degree but should I still get my graduation assess. I know DU is sluggish when it comes to transcripts.
PR candidates suggest that we should get both the degrees assess to be on a safer side as every PNP as different requirements.
What do you suggest though, should I get my graduation degree assess?

You are definitely doing a brilliant job and this will refrain many of us to approach consultants who charge hefty fee for all this and trust me I had a word with around 4-5 consultants and none of them has any clue about Truecopy and how this will expedite the ECA process.

Yes yes absolutely. That list has the name of universities who they have already accepted transcripts from. It's not a list of which universities they do verification for. Please go ahead. In fact, in the description box I have put their phone number. Do call them.

If university email transcript to Truecopy. IQAS form or another form required to fill form university send it to truecopy.plz advice.
If university can email then send it directly to IQAS. No need to go via Truecopy and spend money. You can send the academic request form and fill the top half of it and send it to the university via email.

they will also bound with time limit of 8:15 am (alberta time)

Hey! My courier got delivered there in mid-july (but haven't been opened yet obviously). Now that it has already been 2 months, I'm wondering it if makes sense for me to send another package to truecopy for electronic delivery.
Any idea regarding on which month they are currently? (Assuming that they open the packages sequentially)
It took them over three and a half months to open mine. It's not a problem to be honest. GO for Truecopy if you're in a rush but otherwise, no need.

And, what is official transcripts means? What we receive from university after graduation is already an official and original right? Now, what is official means? Please clearify. I am applying for USA actually.

You can have your transcripts sent by the university but it will take a little longer for your ECA to happen. Try collecting them yourself. You can then send them to Truecopy instead and make the process faster.

If you want both degrees evaluated then yes, both.
If i want to Canadian Master equivalence
I have to send both transcript. Bcoz. I have done. mBA. And i have seen lots of post. They send both transcript. To get master equivalence
@@shekhasif9163 if you're using IQAS then you don't need to. They only ask for thr highest degree. However, since they don't charge extra, you can send bachelors as well.
