It is mentioned in IQAS that we have to upload front and back of document, where we have to upload marksheets or documents of Degree such as BA, BEd or Masters where they ask us to upload passport.On back of the document there is only grading scheme should we have to upload as well along with front page.
Kindly upload all education docs front/back in a single PDF file. Yes, all the docs to be uploaded in the required format only

You have to pay and apply separately for each application.
But if you go with WES then you can apply it once with the same application.

Only a higher degree gets an extra CRS score, you don't need to evaluate Canada's degree.
Yes if you get an assessed diploma then you will get an extra CRS.

Hello sir, after following all these steps still I am not able to pay, they are not accepting my debit visa card not even credit card
don't worry it happens with everyone it happens due to maximum applications..Pls follow the steps:
Open website at 8.14 pm.
Open at least 7 tabs of the same pages
Right at 8.14.10 pm start opening all the tabs.
Once you done it you will see one of all pages will be redirected to the next option/or payment options.

My college will not able to send any docs through sealed envelope,any ECA service which will require only copy of our markslists/certificates and get the ECA evaluation.
It's your right, college has to send your transcripts to IQAS. If college doesn't send sealed envelopes then ask them to share your transcripts digitally through email.

There is a 50-50% chance to evaluate your degree, I would suggest you to go with WES. You wil get your degree assessed within month from WES

No need to upload your transcripts on portal, it will directly be sent by your college only.

1. I have done GNM >> Post Basic Nursing >> Masters of Nursing, can I just go ahead to submit the application by mentioning the highest qualification (Master of Nursing) only? to have it accessed as Master?
2. I have recently completed 1-year post-grad diploma in Canada, what I suppose to select against the option " Last Country of Education" while creating the profile
3. Preferred methods of sending the transcripts - can we request the college to send the transcripts via email?
1. Yes, you need to go with this option to assess as a master degree.
2. If you complete it in Canada, then ECA is not required.
3. Yes you can, but it depends on your college if they can send transcript electronically (via email).

Once you make payment on the portal, then the reference number will be generated, then download the IQAS academic credential form from google, update the reference number and your transcripts details on it then submit it to your college, once your institute received it then they will directly send your degree in sealed envelope or electronically to the IQAS. 1. If you have mastered from Canada, then ECA is not required for Canada immigration or other purposes. ECA is only required if studied out of Canada.
2. For instance, if you did master from India, then only a higher degree needs to be assessed, not bachelor
3. You have to request college to send transcripts directly to the IQAS.
4. I'll suggest you to mention the address that is available on your passport. However, ECA reports you can directly get over your email ID.

Sir, after 12th I have done Diploma in Software Engineering which is for 3yrs, but after studying 2 years I got lateral entry in 2nd year for BSC IT. After this in the last year for Bsc IT I enrolled for MSC IT and I completed it for 2 year. Note: My Bachelors and Masters both are distance learning. I'm planning to apply my ECA from IQAS and while applying it is written in IQAS form that Only upload highest degree. So shall I give my bachelors, diploma and Master's credentials or only the Master's credentials for evaluation for better CRS score and not rejection.

No, you need to provide it with your college only so that they mention it on an envelope. If your college is unable to courier it then collect your transcripts in the sealed envelope from College, put your file no and iQAS address on it, and courier it from the same college pin code.

Bro, the first process is you have to make payment to IQAS, once done then file the number you have to share with the college. Then, College will send your transcripts online or in a sealed envelope mentioning your file number directly to IQAS.

Hi Bro! Thanks for the valuable information. Couple of questions..I have BA, MA & B.ED, so do I need to get all the 3 evaluated? Since B.ED is a professional degree and cannot be related to MA. Also here in comments you said that only get evaluation done for the highest Degree to get maximum CRS score, what do you mean by that. (if we get all the degrees evaluated, does it affect the crs score?)

Yes, only a higher degree is needed to get evaluated for maximum CRS if you are evaluating it for the immigration purposes(it is mentioned in the IQAS & WES site as well). Rests, you can evaluate a degree related to your work if you want to apply for an express entry profile, it may help you to find a job in the same field as per NOC code.

Your IQAS file number is your reference number that you need to share with your college through IQAS form

Dear you need to mention your name as shown in your education documents(transcripts). Only a higher degree is required. Only transcripts are to be sent by college to IQAS.
First you have to make payment of IQAS, once paid then mention the reference number on the academic assessment form and submit it to your college. College will also chargw some fees to dispatch it to IQAS.

If you're seeking to have multiple degrees or qualifications assessed, you typically need to submit separate applications for each qualification you want to be assessed. Each evaluation requires its own set of documentation and fees.
This is because each degree may have its own set of requirements and documents needed for evaluation. Hence no need to upload all degrees together

@@ranjanakashyap5002 As per my experience, If you done master in India and you evaluate it from WES, then Wes will evaluate your degree as diploma not master

For sending transcript - i have done bachelor degree from X university and masters from Y university. So in this scenario both universities arw having different pin codes so from which university should i transcript documents. Please guide
Dear, you should assess only your master degree, since only the highest degree is required if you want to assess it for immigration purposes.
In 2nd scenario, if you want to assess both the degrees, then your college will send a transcript itself. If college does not send, then you have to courier it from the post office available near your college separately.

Yes seeking for Immigration process, having bachelor degree + PGDM (2yrs Degree - which we get from autonomous college equivalent to MBA) so in this scenario I should get assess & show only PGDM 2yrs course and ask this college to send transcript, please guide

There is a 50-50 chance. They may approve or even reject it. You should try with other bodies like CES.

Canada address you may give there is no issues with it. Address matters if you require a hard copy of the ECA. However ECA copy you may get online so don't worry about what address to be mentioned.
