For that, just pay pay the amount without adding any document at first and than login again and it will say documents pending and than from there you can add the documents.

Hi, My university does not have online process, Question - Do i have to courier my degree certificates to WES or just upload to my account is fine ? if i have to courier then the xerox certificates should be signed by me (self attested)?....as per my understanding i just have to upload to my account and the university will courier transcripts with WES form to WES... please let me know
If your college doesn’t have online process then you have to print a form from wes website and go to your college for sign and stamp on that form and then you’ve to send it to wes,
For uploading it on your account that is different step and yes you need to upload degree certificate on your profile too.
If you still didn’t get it then I would suggest to search it on RUclips, you might find some videos where people are sending physical copies

So I’m not sure how Punjab university sent it to wes, agar online bhejdete to form vagera ki janjat nhi krni, baki agar wo online nhi krte to form bhejna pdega and as I’ve not filled it for my university I can’t say it very accurately but you might find some videos on RUclips

As far as I know you’ve to request it through university even if you’ve one already.

As clearly mentioned in the video, you have to upload degree certificate and for transcript if your college/ university has an option to send it online to wes then you do that or else there will be a form you have to download and fill out and then send that form with transcript to wes

WES Timeline Update (June 2024 ) :
I sent physical, attested copies of my bachelor's and master's degrees by mail.
For my friend and myself, I submitted our documents to WES, which were received on March 28. It took 10 working days for them to enter the documents into the system and start the review process. The review itself took 20 working days and was completed by July 28. The status is now accepted, and an evaluation completion date has been provided. For those curious about the timeline, plan on about 2 months in total: 10 working days for WES to receive and enter your documents, 20 working days for the review process, and an additional 5+ working days for the digital PDF to be issued.
Hii currently I am in india, I had done diploma in civil engineering and btech 3 yrs through lateral entry.
Will I need to send both documents or need only higher education?
I have to make photosate of each documents and envelope them only or need some special care from University.

It should be mentioned on their portal in detail, as far as I remember you need to print physical form, go to your college to get their signature and send it to wes

As far as I know it will be for MA only but would suggest to consult with immigration consultant as I’m not 100% sure

Yes, I know it doesn’t make sense as I had physical copied too but they prefer if university can send it directly to them it makes the process easier

@navpreetkaur2937 you just have to upload pdf into your wes account, once you login into your wes account you will see option to upload documents, it will explain it there

I’m not 100% sure but you might can apply with provisional certification instead of degree, for better clarity I would say email them and see what they say.
