I fucked up and ordered a WES ICAP course-by-course evaluation by adding 4 universities to be sent which was like $375. I didn't know we could do a $205 evaluation and then send those results to each university like $7 each.

Is that mean I must apply for transcript again from my University using the form provided by WES ? Because after I finished my degree I received my provisional and transcripts from my University, so my doubt is if the University will issue us again a new transcript ?

You can't sent your transcript by your self as you said, if must then you have to get the university stamp and signature over the envelop flap closure... pls correct this issue

I do only send a piece of paper - transcript - WES does not call to my home college from which the transcript is from and does not listen to my transcript officer about me. How could WES say they EVALUATE my academic ability? WES has not confirmed any of credentiality (truthfulness) of my transcript, just they transform my grade scales into US grade scale, and send it to universities I am applying for. Am I wrong?

It depends as far my experience . My university in USA was recommend in their website to get it done by WES then after communication with the they waived and told me as your medium of study is in English so WES no longer required

No! Only if it's accredited A or A+ by NAAC. High cgpa . You'll also have to study extra courses if you get in.

While posting it to WES does we need to mention the name of the univerity where we ultimately want to send the WES report ?
