Hi Chetana, Transcripts need to be sent to ECA body only with sealed envelope only from universities address. To know more, let me know I can help you from scratch.

I'm not sure about the individual university, you can call up the university to know this. In case the university does not send the transcript by themself, send the transcript through a post office which is within the campus of the university. And most importantly, from address should be university address with no mention of your son's name (only his WES ID). This should avoid any rejection.

Hi Adeel.. Yes, attested copies of your marksheet are considered as transcripts. The marksheets needs to be attested by the examiner. For this, you need to approach your university. Also, check what the Required documents section in the WES site says for you. Your university might need to send your transcripts by themselves. In that case, you can approach your university to send on your behalf. If that's not possible, you can send from the university post office to WES. I'm honestly not sure about the answer to that. But, as a rule of thumb, I'd say you can add just the latest degree only if you're 100% sure you'll get a Master equivalency.. If not, better add all your degrees, so that, worst case scenario, you'd get 2 or more degrees equivalency. Hope my answer has given clarity to you. All the best :)

If you mean 2 copies of the same transcript, it shouldn't be a problem to send both if the universities has already sealed the envelope. If they haven't sealed the envelope, you can take out one of the copies for your own references and send the other alone.
Hi Anchal, Academic request form is totally optional and not needed. If your university has provided a sealed envelope, do not include academic request form. Send the envelope to WES as is from the university post office. If your university provided unsealed envelope, you can include the academic request form within the same envelope. Ah, sorry for the confusion.. If this is about degrees, you can directly upload it to your WES profile. No need to send them a hard copy. What I told is meant for transcripts.

Technically speaking, you just can't send your transcripts on your own at all. It's your university who has to send your transcripts. In case your university does not have the facility to send transcripts on their own, this video has given the workaround for that so that WES thinks that it is your university who has sent the transcripts. If you send 2 university transcripts in the same envelope, they'll know for sure that your university did not send the transcript and reject your application. If you do not want your application to be rejected, send your transcripts seperately.

Attestation date should not matter. If this is an Indian University, make sure you send it from a post office within your university. Hope that helps :)

We recommend doing it with the help of your family members.. Third party transcript services are available, but not sure if they'll be careful/follow the instructions laid out in the video.. University of Madras does not send transcripts on their own, whoever you arrange needs to send from the post office within the University..

I have question here, I have studied from Gujarat University and they don't issue Transcript. Instead they are asking us to approach collage for issue Transcript and then Come back so University. University will verify it, sign and stamp on it. I am worried since Transcript is now on Collage letterhead instead of University Letterhead and this might lead to rejection of my application in WES. Hi Pankaj.. We faced a similar issue where we had to get transcript from college and send it from University... We didn't face any issue.. What your university suggests will work.. Just make sure you send the transcript from the post office within the University

Estimated total population in India amounted to approximately 1.38 billion people. India has approximately more than 1000 universities both public and private recognized by UGC. My University is not listed in WES degree equivalency tool and as per one RUclips video if university is not listed in WES the evaluation report would be negative. Can you suggest? applications.wes.org/ca/degree-equivalency-tool/poe.asp Master's degree from India in less than 3 years may not be recognized as Master's Equivalent in Canada. From past 20 years in India majorly MBA are of two years now please suggest where should be evaluate digress for better ECA score. Also I have doubt about whether after engineering degree can we only evaluate MBA as WES said higher degree would be enough.
As far as Indian MBA is concerned, there's always a risk of it not being evaluated as Master's. You can research and try getting ECA from IQAS. As for whether you can send only MBA to WES, I'd advise against it, since if you send your Bachelor + MBA, even if you don't get Master's equivalency, you'll atleast get Degree + Diploma which will be better than just a Diploma evaluation. There's no time limit as such.. Send it when you can.. Your application will not be closed until you send..

Need some help to get my transcripts to be sent directly to WES from University of Madras, since I’m not living in India, is there any help available to get this service done professionally?
We recommend doing it with the help of your family members.. Third party transcript services are available, but not sure if they'll be careful/follow the instructions laid out in the video.. University of Madras does not send transcripts on their own, whoever you arrange needs to send from the post office within the University..
Do we have to upload the provisional certificate on WES site?

If you mean provisional degree certificate, then yes. You DO have the option to upload it directly to WES :)

@@Notsopunjabi I just uploaded my degree certificate and , transcript is sent by my university. If degree certificate is nt there thn u can upload provisional... If u have any doubts and want to connect with Wes, best way is message them on twitter. They respond within 24 hours. And they are very professional in clearing doubts

WES will send your report electronically to IRCC, you wont have to do anything about it.

I have question here, I have studied from Gujarat University and they don't issue Transcript. Instead they are asking us to approach collage for issue Transcript and then Come back so University. University will verify it, sign and stamp on it. I am worried since Transcript is now on Collage letterhead instead of University Letterhead and this might lead to rejection of my application in WES.
Will that be ok if i just verified my marksheet & Degree certificate from University and send to WES. Will they WES accept it? Just want to double check.
Hi Pankaj.. We faced a similar issue where we had to get transcript from college and send it from University... We didn't face any issue.. What your university suggests will work.. Just make sure you send the transcript from the post office within the University

Hi Karthick, I believe you can. But it's better if you refer the Required Documents section to check if they accept provisional certificates for documents.

you have to photocopy, attested by Minister of Foreign Affair of your country, then courier it with original transcript

Estimated total population in India amounted to approximately 1.38 billion people. India has approximately more than 1000 universities both public and private recognized by UGC.
My University is not listed in WES degree equivalency tool and as per one RUclips video if university is not listed in WES the evaluation report would be negative. Can you suggest?

Master's degree from India in less than 3 years may not be recognized as Master's Equivalent in Canada. From past 20 years in India majorly MBA are of two years now please suggest where should be evaluate digress for better ECA score. Also I have doubt about whether after engineering degree can we only evaluate MBA as WES said higher degree would be enough.
As far as Indian MBA is concerned, there's always a risk of it not being evaluated as Master's. You can research and try getting ECA from IQAS.
As for whether you can send only MBA to WES, I'd advise against it, since if you send your Bachelor + MBA, even if you don't get Master's equivalency, you'll atleast get Degree + Diploma which will be better than just a Diploma evaluation.
