N V documentation is the best place to get your transcript from DU and other universities in Delhi. I got my both IP and du transcripts with the help of them. Owner himself came and sent my transcripts from DU and IP University to WES Canada, very humble person with great connections. Highly recommended

No, there is no option to make that payment. Dont make it on miscellaneous else you will loos out your money. Better you go and collect in person and then send.

The process is online, you would need to fill this application for transcript. WES academic form is not required to be filled by the university and it is not mandatory. SOL students also apply using this online form and they would collect the transcript from North Campus.

You will get it in a day of two, after this, you will get one collection email once your transcript is ready.

Indian services are open but canada services are on hold, may be thats why he say this.

Degree is not required to be sent by your institution. Sealed envelope will have your transcript only

No, you must have got an acknowledgement email, you will get the transcript collection email as well in about 15-20 days

I already have a sealed transcript issued by University of Delhi, Should I just write the WES reference number and post it or do I need to include the WES form and seal them ( Sealed transcript and WES form ) and then send it to WES. point is if we do that , will it be okay?
If you have the sealed envelope, just write reference number, address and send it through indian post. Do not peel the envelope and do not include WES academic form as it is not mandatory.

They can collect. But its better you issue one letter of authorisation.

You can put both of them in one envelope and send to ECA body with your reference number written

University will give you sealed envelope, tou just have to write wes address along with your wes reference number. You can see in the video
