Focus on making the parts for the column. Though I initially planned to test the A axis, I realized it's more efficient to test the X, Y, Z, and A axes together, as they’re almost complete.
    Key Highlights:
Design Modifications: Improved electrical wiring integration and column strength.
Parts Fabrication & Assembly: Steps for creating and assembling the components with limited tools and space.
Challenges & Solutions: Addressing design flaws and optimizing the machine's functionality.
    Why Watch?
Join me in this DIY adventure where we blend technical precision with entertaining insights. Learn how to turn crazy ideas into reality, even with limited resources. Get inspired to start your own projects and see how failure leads to success.
    Chapter Breakdown:
Introduction & Plan Change: Why we’re testing all four axes instead of just the A axis.
Design Adjustments: Incorporating electrical wiring and reinforcing the column.
Fabrication Process: Detailed steps for creating parts, including aluminum and carbon fiber.
Assembly & Testing: Putting the parts together and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Final Thoughts & Next Steps: Preparing for the trunnion table and final design tweaks.

Freak, thank you for this project. I love the idea how you overcome unusual design limitations. It's not another ready project CNC build, but the creative process of engineering work. I also love the whole wibes of the channel with weird humor and text-to-speech software usage. It may seem unapropriate to someone but, dude, it's your own hobby, go the way you want!
And to be more serious, if you will come to succsess with that build, please, consider its commercialization. It seem to fit the same segment as PentaMachine Solo: the small workshops or research labs, that need small size CNC for prototyping.

    • @JavierChiappa
      @JavierChiappa 3 месяца назад +1

Indeed, I guess to be commercial you can scale it a little bit so it can make something like 10 cm in diameter, and you are in the ballpark of homemade turbo compressors!

At first, I wanted to use the Kickstarter to create a product.
However, it was very difficult to be realistic about stable manufacturing, sales, support, insurance, etc.
I am a reckless person, but I need my family's understanding.
So I am thinking of creating an online course as a practical and easiest way.
I don't think anyone can make this work, but it should be far easier than I have had to work with.

The rough quick prototyping is probably the fastest way to learn what isn't going to work (fail fast). Accuracy and alignment are probably going to bite you but then again maybe not. As long as the linear rails are flat, parallel and aligned life should be good.

      Yes, it is.
The method of precision adjustment is considered from the production stage.

      Please look forward to it.
