Der ist mal fett😍 Eine extrem lange Laufzeit. Eine Arbeitswoche ist schon heftig. Eigentlich sieht der Bulli nicht so komplex aus und ist gnädig leicht zum Aufspannen. Aber die Größe, fast einen Meter das Teil. Aber wie so oft sieht das leichter aus als es effektiv ist. P.S. Ich möchte auch so ein Teil haben. Also wenn ihr es nicht mehr benötigt…😉 Bin ein ehemaliger Hermle Bediener.

@@HermleAG thanks because we just bought a new machine, the c650 with the 20k spindle, and we were converned about the "power" and the "fragility" of the 20k spindle
Some variety of zero-point clamping system (e.g. Schunk Vero-S). First setup is in a vise to machine the bottom of the piece and drill/tap the holes for the pull-studs to clamp for the second op. It works really well if your part permits the drilled/tapped holes for the pull-studs on the bottom. Often in the "real world" things don't work so conveniently, so the same base clamping system is used to hold down a custom fixture plate.
Bei 4:15min kann hermle sogar ohne Drehzahl fräsen 😂 oder sagt man "Besser Fräsen"😂 Oder ist das eine Täuschung bei 60000 Umdrehungen und vielleicht 60 fps?
Ich hatte das Vergnügen bei uns im Werkzeug- und Formenbau drei C40U bei der Fertigung zuzuschauen. Ich habe während meiner über 47 Jährigen Arbeitszeit nichts schnelleres oder genaueres im Fräsbereich erlebt. Hermle, was sonst!
@@Windows350 an dem Grundprinzip von Hermle Qualität und Präzision stehen vor dem Preis deswegen sind die Maschinen so beliebt sie kosten zwar mehr als DMG etc aber sind präziser und effizienter

Is that the 20k spindle or the 18k spindle in the video?
The C 650 can be supplied with 16k or 18k spindles. An 18k spindle was used for the Bulli machining.

Vorsatzspindel steht auch dran "Air Turbine Spindel"... Die wird durch die Innere Blasluft betrieben... Da muss sich die Hauptspindel nicht bewegen :D
