i've seen enough, 115 points deduction for Everton

Ah, that’s why they hired Sean Dyche, going to clinch 17th place after winning every game from now on.

You deserve 115 charges for not setting up your room yet
The tittle of the video was frying my brain , but ever so slowly i got it
City are either going to get away with all charges, or they'll get a massive, and I mean massive, telling off, £10,000 fine and a strict warning not to do it again.
When it's all said and done, it'll be worth it as long as someone produces an Ace Attorney parody of it

We need a Legal Eagle-Zealandism crossover.
Only thing more stretched than Zealandism thumbnails is the validity of Zealand's excuses for not running.
I blame Everton...
Even everton blame themselves for man citys failings
The biggest issue is if the Prem Lose FFP is basically dead and they might aswell scrap it
theyre not going to get punished for anything 💰
Even if they got found guilty, theyd only a ten pound fine, or an amount that wouldnt even make a nick in their money coffers, so theyll just do it again!
@@indianastones6032 Do what again 😂 pay the manager some side money?
They have to. The Premier league look terribly weak if they don't do something substantial.
I’ve seen enough, 200 point deduction for all teams apart from Ipswich. It’s only fair
As a Walsall fan, may Walsall be excluded from the 200 point deduction?
@@kleptrep94 Absolutely

Definitely agree that it's dumb that managers have to comment on things being done by the club hierarchy, whether or not they are aware of what's going on
This is gonna be one of the verdicts of all time.
See you in3-5 years for the verdict, like with many rich people and companies they will try to prolong the decision as long as possible, using every tactic to be proven innocent,
During this time, they will penalize Everton 3-5 times like no problem 😂
It has been estimated to take 8-12 months. Because the write-up will be LONG. The panel wrote a 50-page write-up for the one everton charge. So you can imagine how long this case's write-up will be.
@ivandankob7112 Everton admitted to breaking the rules.
@@idk-dz3fo then there will be an appeal and counter arguments formed and a further reassessment, which will take that time again
@@ivandankob7112 because Everton have 1 or 2 breaches which is easier to complete, didn’t obstruct investigation and admitted to it
I love these videos so much. Could listen to you talking from City charges al the way to the Armenian Second divison.
Theyre 100% guilty and 100% cheats based purely on the fact they feel they need the most expensive lawyers money can buy. The big question is just how many goals Erling Haaland will score against Euxton Villa in the the Northwest Counties League division 1 match next season. I predict A MILLION.
The thing is, 30 of the 115 charges relate to failing to co-operate with the authorities. In almost any industry, failure to co-operate with the regulatory body results in being bitch slapped HARD
Genuinely I have no idea what the outcome will be. Given their 50 odd lawyers they could get away with it, but I think a lot of people would give up on football if they get anything less than 100 points total deduction. So what they'll do is take 5 points off of Everton.
What people don’t understand is that the majority of City’s charges, are not that major and may even just require them to pay a minor fine at most. They’re not gonna receive relegations or serious point deductions. I personally believe it will be a 20 point deduction, a fine, and potentially a ban from European football for a season or two. They’ll probably get away with majority of the serious charges, but the smaller charges will pile up.
@@isaacjones5687 they cant get a ban from europe, the prem dont have the power to do that it would have to be a separate investigation by uefa
@@isaacjones5687i truly think at most it's going to be transfer ban and fine since it's going to be pretty hard to prove that the sponsors conspire with emirate of abu dhabi, players and managers paid to reduce their spending using third party company (they have to prove that it's not done for the purpose of normal business but to reduce expenditure of manchester city), they also have to prove that big three accounting firm failed to do their job when verifying related party accounting data. Without all of those being proven 80 out of 155 charges against man city dead. The charges that i truly think premier league can prove is 35 charges against refusing to cooperate which doesn't really going to give major punishment esp with man city can try to argue that they already cooperate to the maximum extent required by the code so any cooperation beyond those point is not mandatory (the reason why their fine got reduced during uefa charges in CAS compared to original fine)
@@AlexVenthemthey can indirectly ban them with sizeable points deductions
@isaacjones5687 no as far as i know city has some charges included of faking their financial records thats a very serious allegation if found true this can end up with ppl behind bars
Title gave me an aneurysm
10 weeks for a hearing, there won't be a judgment for months
i think you should cover the pressure coming onto ange postecoglou at spurs in a video. its insane that some of our fanbase are calling for him to be sacked. he's revolutionised spurs, but now that we're in rocky form after two games against good sides, he's lost some support from the fanbase
it'd be interesting if you could cover the distinct similarities between this and arteta's first few seasons at arsenal, cause them lot were screaming for arteta to get the sack when they finished eighth twice in a row. and now we're here, under a rebuild, in poor form, with fans calling for the manager to be sacked.
i dunno, i just think it'd be interesting if you cover this type of subject about rebuilds and "trusting the process" with managers.
Let’s get footballing justice for the people.
So it was 10 seasons of rule breaking, I propose 10 relegations. Dump them into the Manchester Football League Premier Division at level 11.
Coincidentally, Maine Road FC were the first winners of this league
Would it mean that their home stadium is overqualified for this level of competition and they will play home games on some training pitch instead?
@@ivandankob7112they might have to lease it out to stay afloat
It will be 2 points deducted and they will have to pay like 50k.

The appeal is faster. They don’t admit new evidence unless it wasn’t available in the original trial (unlikely in this case). Take oral statements and then review the case.
They don’t need another full process
C'mon man first Brugge and now Standard...
Anderlecht is purple it would sought you...
According to insiders this will most probably be resolved at some point in 2025
NOTHING will happen. City goes free. Money rules.
If a team is given a 115 point deduction.. does that carry over to the next season until the team gets enough points to fulfill the deficit? I mean my team gets a 100 point deduction and I they only get 30 points, does the team still owe 70 points, or is the rest of that punishment just wiped away?
Shakhytor Soligorsk were deducted 70 points, and received it over 3 seasons (30 pts 2X, 20pts 1X). And that was for match fixing in the Belarusian Premier League.
@@isaacjones5687that's 80 points. Was it 30, 20, 20?
I Struggle with the idea a Premier League panel can do anything outside it's own competition. Surely they can't disrupt the English Football and Vanarama League Structures outside their remit, The best they can do on their own is Relegate Man City to the Championship as one of the 3 relegated teams at the end of a season. The assume that the EFL72 are going to go along with a ruling that distorts their competition is a massive question mark especially when parachute payments are a hot topic. Lord Panick, as a matter of background, was the Barrister who lead the 2019 legal case against the false prorogation and beat the UK Government and was also the legal advisor to Boris Johnson when he was found to have lied to the House of Commons.
They can relegate them by points deduction or can expel them. In the case they are expelled the EFL does not have to accept them
Bro you'll have a new president (hopefully not the weirdo) by the time this hearing is over 😂
What's going to happen here is, the Premier League are going to punish Man City, expel them from the league but then The Court of Arbitration for Sports are going to come in, do their thing and make this all redundant.
there will happen absolute nothing as usual, and if something happen they go to court and its skipped again
Am I the only one who thinks City getting away with this is unlikely ? I feel like the Premier League can't afford to bomb this, their reputation would be absolutely cooked because the court of public opinion already found City guilty. Either Man City is done or the Premier League is done, there's no in between. If the commission finds Man City guilty the Premier League will go as hard as possible on them, they won't want to do this again with another team considering how much it cost them to get this investigation together.
City used to be fun, playing David James up front was an all time PL moment
They will be fined £2 million
what ever happened to the green lights?
Where are Zealand's 115 charges for NOT running today?
Lord panick?.... Du u rhink they ask him if its panic time? 😅
The Forest and Everton cases were only rushed through so the Premier League would have precedent. City will win and everyone will cry. Fuck the red cartel that get to play by their own rules. Anyone who is not a United, Arsenal or Liverpool fan actually need City to win, they just don’t know it yet.
Anyone who thinks this is a slam dunk needs to go read the cas final report. Cas used very strong language against uefa not having enough evidence to convict city and slammed them for the wild goose chase. If the highest sports court in the land couldnt find fault the pl is cooked.
I think the UEFA one was rushed
@@gaffer2602no more than the premier league
kinda like malachi fields tbh
I would give them 1000 point deduction and see how many seasons they take to to reach positive points but they are banned from going the UCL and they arent allowed to lift the league trophy!
would be hard to do that with 1000 point detucted
If we're talking ignorance Z, then this video shows it's actually you, not Pep who has that issue.
You're telling me that there's a chance?
Not gonna hear for like a year anyway cos it has to take place, then they have to come up with the findings, then they can appeal, blah blah. Will take ages. Big clubs have faced sanctions before (Juve getting relegated in 2006) but City's too state owned for them not to be able to apply political pressure and get away with it. At worst, they get a slight points reduction which puts them out of Europe for a season or something, otherwise just a fine
Forced sale and they have to wear red
City setup shell companies to pay themselves 😂🤣 but I don't expect anything. Money talks and the FA will want some money and that will be it.
Why is Zealand talking about the Premier League like they dont also have a bottomless pit of money to throw at lawyers? Going on like they're a start-up company
To be honest, They're really not doing anything to Manchester City, even if they do, they'll only get about 5 points deducted. Also knowing the premier league, it will not be a points deduction not for City, no no no. Instead they'll target a smaller team like Everton who are already in the mud.
There’s no argument that they didn’t not cooperate with the Premier League and that they didn’t submit accurate records. That alone makes up around 80 of the charges. That will do some damage alone.
That is minor and at most a fine
@@theletsplayer4921 yeh it’s minor if it’s one charge but it’s like 3/4s of the charges. You can’t f**k that up 80 odd times
We find Man City guilty on all counts.
As punishment, Everton will be forcibly relegated to league 2
Did you happen to have a stroke while writing the title?
If the premier league lose, or if they win and Man City titles are not rescinded, say hello to the super league 🤷

Lmao, you're so misinformed. It's happening at the London seat of Arbitration and mind you, it's behind closed doors but it's not opaque lol.
Why you speak american? 🤔
Why does the hearing have to be so long? "Hey, Manchester City, is your owner directly related to the Emirate of Abu Dhabi? Yes? So when Etihad Airlines pays you exactly what you need in sponsorship revenue to spend in exactly what you wanted, it's a clear conspiracy? You think not? Ok it's still obviously the case that that's how it works".
Cos only like a handful of charges are to do with that specific example
Go read the cas report...the two parties are not "related" and cas said the sponsorship deal was a "fair value" paragraph 289 in the final report
It’s the kind of situation where a toddler can comprehend what happened, but smart men in smart suits will pretend that it’s just soooo complicated and impossible to prove
Send Man City to sunday league
So, let me get this straight. One club exists. One man with an abusurd amount of money wants to give that absurd amount of money to said club. Said club accepts and spends the money. But then they are in breach of some Financial "Fair" Play rules?
Modern football is a business. In business money talks. It is not like City has spent too much money. They are not bankrupt. They have loads of cash coming in. This is a case based on flawed and unfair rules (FFP) put together by interests that wants to monopolize their market and financial dominance, effectively denying smaller clubs from getting financing and spending money to make themselves able to compete with the "old" clubs.
Top flight football (and particularly the UEFA CL (read: UEFA Superleague)) has nothing to do with sporting merit and everything to do with the boy's club getting richer and denying others the opportunity to become one of them by getting financed.
I just shake my head and laugh at the stupid point deductions given to clubs. There is NO sporting merit in giving point deductions to clubs. The ONLY fair punishment for clubs spending too much money is bankrupcy. If they don't go insolvent, they should not be punished for off pitch reasons.
In today's football world the only fair competitions that are based on sporting merit (read: results on the pitch) are non-league football. In whatever country you choose to watch it.
People always moan about how ffp is there to protect the traditional big clubs but also seem to forget that clubs from the bottom end of the football pyramid will suffer even worse for the fact they can’t get multi millionaire owners let alone billionaires unlike the teams at the top who will be owned by nations and turn top level football into a string of franchises like American sport. I’d rather see clubs like city and forest punished to protect the integrity of the sport than let the oil companies monopolise the premier league and turn anything below it into a wasteland.
