42 minutes of educational and enlightening information. My biggest criticism with some automotive videos is lengthy rambling and complaining. I doubt I ever heard you complain about the dodgy work you’ve had to correct. And most of all I see you are passionate about your work. You work on the cars as if they are you own. Truly your videos are up there with the very best. I look forward to more great content.

I’m looking forward to the next wiring video. I’m hoping you’ve invested in a pin removal tool since this video, pop those extra wires out of the ecu plugs for super neatness.
Also you can get new CE1 pins from a few places, so you could have popped a new pin in there. I had to do that on my caddy as it was also previously a diesel. Great work.

Would you be able to replicate the entire harnesses for me. I mean like a plug and play thing? I don't think im cut out for wiring 😂😅😂. Id like to know more about the diagnostic system that you used in the vid
It's called Elsawin, you can get the discs online for around £10, covers everything for every VAG
I'm looking for the little box for rev counter, digital to analog where did you get this ??
We get ours from vagtronics and haven't had any problems
I wish you stayed near me my Audi A3 had some electrical issues multiple sensors and throttle control lights on and won’t start

Dose the ecu need to have the immobiliser removed new to this swap looking at this conversion on a mk1 jetta
Yes the ecu needs to be de-immobolsed, we send it to vagtronics for that.

So don't need to use the vehicle original fuse box to wire ecu up i can just use a small universal fuse box if so that would make wiring up simple
No these can be run completly standalone only needing a power and ignition live.
Where can i get that grommet tool?
I'm not sure to be honest, it's a family heirloom handed down.

Yeah electronically, just need to get the ecu de immobolised and then this loom I made just needs a ignition and battery live.
Is this just running one lambda sensor on the manifold
It has got both but the rear must be mapped out as it doesn't throw a code for no cat. They're next to each other on the down pipe
@@SuperRon I have just took out the engine on Audi tt bam with lambda near the flange on the top the other one is further down the pipe near the twin cats
