With same amounts of everything. I just divided the batter by weight in 3 8inch pans. And opted for a naked cake with the quantity of cream cheese given by Bruno. Thank you !!!!!!

My carrot cake just went into the oven, the only thing I changed was that I used 250g of walnuts and 100g of raisins to mix things up a little, and I added a little more cinnamon as well :P

What cream cheese do you use for the frosting? I usually use some cream cheese like Philadelphia, and I have to take about the same amount of butter as cream cheese in order not to make it runny, but I see you use 4½ times as much cream cheese as you use butter.
That's why I'm not a fan of frosting most recipes make it too sweet because of all the sugar. If I want anything extra on the cake I just make a light glaze.

The recipe on the website says to use 3tbsps of baking powder and 2tbsps of baking soda. I thought that seemed like a lot and when I made the cake you could taste the baking powder--it had that grainy, salty flavor. I don't know if I did something wrong, or what, but I'm sad it turned out bad.

That's just the whole cake not the servings sugar amount
+Sophia K. If you cut this cake (30x20 cm?) into 12 pieces, one serving will be 45 gr. (or 11large sugarcubes), and that's a lot. (To me anyway.)
