Having owned the scooter for a short while I've come up with a review of some of the good and not so good things about the Royal Alloy GP300S Авто/Мото
last scooters i had was a Lambretta Servetta Jet200 and a Vespa P200E, But now i can only drive a 125 cc with l plates on :(. So instead of paying out a small fortune taking a TesT. I got me a Yamaha Tricity 300 no l plates can carry a pillion + go on the Motorways. Atleast i am getting out and about. :(
Nothing wrong with that! Enjoy it 👍
Yeah got bar end mirrors. Got Mod Windscreen. I figured out the indicator reset. My suspension is nice. Love your mirrors. I now have quick release from SpeedSmart 66.
Great power. Looks are phenominal. Mostly metal.
Brakes are great.
Service is cheap.
It's a bit tough on tight curves for me.
That sums it up very well.
Great vide!
Thanks!
As a motorcyclist the minimal styling looks good. Too many get blinged up with comedy mod tat.
That's the fun of them lol... my Lambretta is staying minimalist... but the RA is for fun.
Did you add quick release bits on side panels? If so where did you get them from?
Hi, Yes I did, from SF Stainless. I did a video of them too... ruclips.net/video/BrCfsw0a9Dg/видео.html
May I ask you how many miles you have on the clock and if you have any issues with the bike?
Hi, Just over 1500 miles so far, 3 miles on it when I bought it. No issues so far. Though I think my next modification will be to add uprated suspension as I do a lot with a pillion passenger on.
Thanks for your question.
I fancy a Royal Alloy 300. How much are they mate? Iv heard theres a waiting list for them?
I think the waiting list is getting better but I didn't buy mine new. As for a new price I think they are just over 5000... Auto trader is your best bet for latest prices.
Just check your local dealer, mine has bikes in stock
Are the lights any good for riding at night?
I haven't ridden in the dark yet, that's a good question. Looking at them generally, I would say so.
Haven't ridden to work in the dark this morning, I can confidently say... Yes! They are fantastic!
Nice bike British built engine. But I disagree wouldn't come close to a vespa gts no chance. Vespa had issues but seemed to of sorted them now. Have you driven a vespa gts. ? Vespa are just way better quality also. But I suppose each to their own.. but at the same time im kind of open minded to have a go on one of the Royal alloy bikes. The build quality of piago vespa also are better reason the price difference. I really like the SX200 now your talking. Have a good day. Enjoy the bike keep safe..
HI, I've owned and toured lots on a GTS250 so well aware how good they are. I even say they are better in my unveiling video. However, they are not a patch on the RA for looks... in my opinion. Again, it's very much a personal thing.
@@TonysGarage_UK fair enough each to their own. Like you said.
@@the_fearless_explorer1213 it was you that said that!
😂🤣💀
Who builds the engines?
They are Vespa engines, from the GTS range
Did you know that the German word for exhaust is AUSPUFF!? Sounds a bit rude if you ask me 😂
Everyday is a school day!
@@TonysGarage_UK you’re welcome 👍
