Look at how the arab empire, now whole middle east and northen afrika are all arabs and mostly muslims. The original arabs where in the Gulf. I honestly can not follow why some comments are censored... All I did was respectfully reply to the comment from Sayan by saying that perhaps he did not overtly lie, but he did only tell selected portions of history to frame empire building as a strictly Western idea/practice rather than something that you can see cross culturally. Basically just politely agreeing with the original post is now subject to censorship? I wish I knew the rules YT was going by these days.

True Jews aren't angel but neither are Arabs and Muslims. 5. Regional Arabs and Palestinians are jealous of the success, freedom, and wealth of Israel. 6. Palestinians voted for Hamas knowing what they would try to do so should not be surprised when Israel retaliates as they knew they would. I could go on but you get the point.

    1) 1:33 Israel was not better equipped. Jordan was British led, armed and trained. Egypt also had British weapons, including fighter jets like SpitFires. Meanwhile Israel was armed with Czechoslovak weapons and got weapons embargo by the USA
    2) Israel have more troops simply because they have to massively mobilized entire nation, including women to fight ARAB STANDING ARMIES. Similarly, Ukraine had more troops than Russia in 2022, simply because of mobilization
    3) 2:39 In case of white people in Australia and America. White people were never existed in that land. Meanwhile Hebrew was spoken 1000 of years before Arabs taken over that land.
    4) 3:36 Like h*ll Arab countries did not middle finger to international laws. From 1948 to 1967 to 1973. Always vow to push the Jews into the sea.
    5) "The Palestinian people do not exist" - Zuheir Mohsen, leader of PLO in Syria, 1978. If Bassem Yousef want to take a quote of a Jew who discredit Israel, then I would take one that discredit Palestine.
    Full quote:
The Palestinian people do not exist. There are no differences between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. We are part of one people, the Arab nation. Lo and behold, I have relatives with Palestinian, Lebanese, Jordanian and Syrian citizenship. We are one people. It is only for political reasons that we carefully endorse our Palestinian identity. Indeed, it is of national interest for the Arabs to encourage the existence of the Palestinians in the face of Zionism. Yes, the existence of a separate Palestinian identity is only for tactical reasons. The establishment of a Palestinian state is a new means to continue the struggle against Israel and for Arab unity. A separate Palestinian entity must stand up for national rights in the remaining occupied territories. The Jordanian government cannot speak for the Palestinians in Israel, Lebanon or Syria. Jordan is a state with certain borders. It cannot lay claim to Haifa or Jaffa, for example, while I am entitled to Haifa, Jaffa, Jerusalem and Beërsheva. Jordan can only speak on behalf of the Jordanians and the Palestinians in Jordan. The Palestinian state would have the right to act on behalf of all Palestinians in the Arab world and elsewhere. Once we have acquired all our rights in all of Palestine, we must not delay for a moment the reunification of Jordan and Palestine.

Self serving view of events. Not all zionists wanted them out, there were multiple strains of Zionism. In addition, they planned for two states, it was the Arab nations that attached them and told the people to leave so they left. It was not the Israelis. But I will throw this story a bone, Israel did take over land brutally during the war, which exacerbated the refugee issue created and started by the Arab nations. The Palestinians were not native to the land, like in the USA. They were highly nomadic and had moved there in the turn of the century until ww2 to work for the British and Egyptians. Not even close to the same.
But none of this matters…. Pragmatism here, two people, land and all need to be able to live and thrive. Bebe and Hamas need to go. There will be no peace with either of these groups of idiots leading the show.

@@Letsplay222lots of Arabs and lots of Jews but considerably more Arabs at 1899 specifically, depending how far back you’d like to go you would find that flips and flops. By 1914 the second wave of immigrating Jews had began to arrive. Bring at least 30 % of total population to be Jewish. it’s important to remember the geographical area known as Palestine was named Palestine by the Romans in many ways to separate Jews from the land. There has never been a sovereign nation known as Palestine. The Arabs occupying the area (Palestine) began feeding into nationalist rhetoric after the fall of The Ottomans in ww1 actually after the Jews. We call nationalism Zionism. Zionism originated late 1800s. Britain controlled the area as a Mandate after ww1 and until 1948 after they had a Civil war that the Jews won. The Arabs never had more of a claim to the Land than the Jews. The Ottomans allowed fist and second Yashiv (mass immigration) of Jews throughout turn of the century and sold land legally to Jewish Immigrants.

The premise of Lex's question is flawed. The Je.ws did not conquer Palestine. The British did, with the immense aid of the local Arabs who fought a guerrilla war on their behalf, with the promise of Arab independence. If the Arabs didn't help, the British most likely would have continued getting slaughtered in the Middle East. The British then opened the back door for the J.ews to come in and supported them (along with the United States) with money, weapons and influence.

Jewish immigration In the area predates the mandate but admittedly the mandate period sees much more Jewish immigration. Existence of white papers document in 1939, calling for Arab Majority state and limiting Jewish immigration during Holocaust, and helping Arab Majority try to defeat Jews in 1947 is Hardly Britain supporting the Jews. Truman pressured Britain to allow Jew refugees after Holocaust but I think that’s a little understandable, esp considering the Holocaust and there’s 70 years of Zionism at the time, wealthy influential American Jews funding and calling for it in US domestic. But I wouldn’t say US supported Jews because of weapons embargo in 1947

Armenians didn’t have a huge population living in China or any historical claims to the land. Arabs living in Palestine prior to 1900s was very small. Arab immigration into that area increased leading up to ww2 just like Jews did. The notion that Arabs living in Palestine are somehow entitled to the land because Nomads lived there during Ottomans is in my opinion Bogus.
