    Hi Trisha! I made milk cream this year and for the first time in my life. I had eaten these last year at a friend's place and wished to make them once. Thank you for posting this video. It gave me the confidence that it's not difficult. Everything that takes time is always the best. Anyways, the dish turned out "finger licking good"😋
    I just couldn't stop putting bits into my mouth 😂
    Thank you so much once again.

    Whts the shelf life of milk cream. Where it has to be stored. In fridge or out.

    • @TheAspiringHomeCook
      @TheAspiringHomeCook  6 лет назад

      Shelf life is about 8 days at room temperature and about 2 weeks refrigerated. The shelf life also depends on how moist it is when taken off the heat and the climate (temperature and humidity) too.

    • @TheAspiringHomeCook
      @TheAspiringHomeCook  6 лет назад

      Jared, the shelf life depends on how well it was cooked and other factors like climate (heat and humidity). At room temperature, it should keep for about 8 days. If you store it in the fridge, in an airtight container about 2 weeks or so. Again, if refrigerated, depending on the climate, it may sweat a little when taken out of the fridge. Hope this helps.
