Ingredients
300gms Semolina ( 1 3/4 cup )
380gms Sugar (1 3/4 Cup )
300gms Coconut ( 2 coconuts)
6 Eggs
150gms butter
Quarter tspn Cardamom powder
Salt to taste
bake it for 50 mins at 160°c

@@pintovinayscuisine5366 preheat oven for how long and how much time needed to bake it in an oven, especially the microwave and if I use stew pot for baking ?
Preheat for 10mins and bake it for 55mins

Is it ok to keep the batter little long in the fridge (e.g if i mix the matter at night can i do it in the evening next day)
Yes can keep but before baking keep half an hour outside to get room temperature.

For baking i don't have an oven. So in a big vessel i bake it by layering with sand. So, how long will it take? Any special guidelines for this type of baking? Will surely help many who don't have ovens.
Yes you can make it will take atleast 1 hour on medium flame

You can add baking powder but if you follow my step by step recipe there is no need of baking powder.

She was a Chef and worked along with Chef Satish Arora at the Taj Bombay

कद्दूकस किया हुआ नारियल ब्लेंडर और सूखे मिश्रण में मिलाएं।
एक कटोरे में अंडे और चीनी डालें और 4 मिनट तक फेंटें, नारियल, सूजी, इलायची पाउडर और नमक मिलाएं और मिश्रण को अगले दिन रात भर रेफ्रिजरेटर में रखें, हटा दें और आधे घंटे के लिए बाहर रखें, कटा हुआ काजू डालें और मिलाएं
ग्रीस मोल्ड या बटर पेपर का उपयोग करें, मोल्ड में मिश्रण डालें और 50 मिनट के लिए 160 डिग्री सेल्सियस के लिए पहले से गर्म ओवन में बेक करें
ओवन बंद करें और इसे ठंडा कट और परोसने दें।
