4:29 she actually stayed and watched a movie in a dell computer on an air mattress. Ewwww I would never have gone to his place on a second date AND, once I saw the sheet divider and air mattress, I would have made an excuse to go home early

And the excuse would have been “I’m uncomfortable here I must go now”. And then LEAVE. Ain’t NO WAY!

Sometimes I sit through the date just to see how crazy things get , It definitely can get entertaining. I remember this one guy told me he was a Apex predator and basically what I got from it is like oh so your just trying to add every new flavor to your collection like your Kronos . Like how tf do you think this is ok to say on a date especially a first one. I'm glad he did say it through saved me years of problems.

That manager was RUDE. I’m so sorry! They could have had you all move to free the table and sort out what was going on with the banks. That interaction was so uncalled for on the part of the manager IMO. The 10k watch comment was HILARIOUS though. I would have been hooowwling!! 😂😂 also ain’t no way I’m giving over a $10,000 collateral for a meal! That watch couldn’t have been worth 10 bands. That didn’t need to go that way.

Okay the guy who downed a bottle of beer because he was nervous I understand some people have crippling anxiety but want to be in a relationship. I can only imagine how it feels for a guy knowing that in this society men are usually supposed to be the ones initiating things while having social anxiety. Some people have it so bad they want to off themselves and beat themselves up behind closed doors overthinking what they could've said or did. So for anyone who is experiencing a person like this please give them grace.

I like hearing your opinions so keep talking, sis! 💕 I would suggest putting your opinions between each storytime or make sure your face is shown throughout the videos (like in the bottom corner). That should help with monetization! 🧡🌼

    Worst date stories
    1) My date lied about their height by 6 inches, and acted like it was no big deal when I showed up and looked like I was standing next to my son. Days after the date he sent me a voice message on snap after not hearing from me saying he wished he could "climb up my long legs." Still didn't text him back.
    2) My date looked NOTHING like his photos. So much so, that when I walked into a small, almost empty cafe for our first date and he said he was there already over text, I thought I may have been in the wrong cafe.
    3) I matched with a first responder who plays in a band. We agree to meet at a diner for our first date. I get there 10 minutes early, and wait about 15 minutes before texting: hey, I'm here, are you coming? He texts back 10 minutes later saying "OMG I thought you were going to text me when you arrived! I'll be right there!" (We set a time and never communicated that). He shows up almost an hour after I first got to the restaurant, and we order. Breakfast goes fine, so he asks if I'd like to stop at his apartment and meet his roommates/bandmates and see where they practice. I go, and all of them are home. It's like 12pm on Tuesday, and none of them are working, and they're all 27-32 in age. Their "apartment" is covered in playboy, beer and liquor decor, and looks like a man cave on steroids. It's also filthy. He offers me a glass of water and pulls glasses OUT OF A CABINET and every glass he pulled was dirty. He introduces me to his band mates, and they invite me to a show at a venue they play at that same day. So we hang out until we go to the venue, and he introduces me to EVERYONE as "his girl." It's our first date. Fans come up and ask to take pictures with him and "his girl" and I cringe and move out of the way of the photo. I'm not a fan of the music he plays or listens to, I just thought he was hot. We proceed to stay for the whole concert, and my date and the band insist that they're cool with the headliners who played and we should wait for them to come out of their trailer. We wait outside in a parking lot for over an hour until their manager comes out, dismissively waves hi, and gets back in the trailer. They insist we still stay and wait, and it starts to rain. It's also fall, so it's cold rain. We stand in the rain for 30 minutes before I'm giving my date the death glare like "take me home." We didn't have a second date.
    4) My date picks me up, takes me to a Mexican restaurant for dinner, and as we're walking from the car to the restaurant, he decides to tell me "when you said you were a runner, I expected you to have a different body type." He must've seen the rage on my face and then backpedaled, "Yours is good, but not what I expected." I got my nails done, did my hair and makeup to the nines, and was in an adorable dress. I looked beautiful, and he was 40 lbs heavier than his photos, so he was one to talk. I was half tempted to leave the date before it had even started, but stayed because I was young and polite. Me now would've excused myself to the bathroom and called an uber.
    5) I've been on two separate first dates where the men invited me to dinner, had me meet them at the restaurant, and then proceeded to barely talk the entire date. I was miserable the whole time and felt like I was forcing them to talk to me. Both men paid the bill, asked to walk me to my car, and then happily and excitedly said they had a great time and told me they hoped we could see each other again soon.
    6) A man took me for a date in a park, and while in the park, a homeless man decided to walk up and engage us. I care about the homeless, I've volunteered a lot of time at soup kitchens and food pantries and donate money to organizations when I can, but I don't think most people typically invite a passing homeless person to join their first date at their table, especially at the beginning of the date. My date did, and the man proceeded to sit and chat with us for over 30 minutes, asking for money the whole time. I eventually got up and said I needed to get going, and my date finally did too.
    7) I scheduled a date with a software engineer from another state (I live close to the state border). I asked him to find a date spot in an agreed city in his state, and he said he'd handle it and let me know. The night of the date, he texts me an address to a bar and I put it in my GPS just to see he picked a bar in a city an hour away from the city I told him to find a bar in. I already think this guy is an idiot/half-assing the date hard, but I text him that I won't make it that far and maybe we should cancel. This is when I should have canceled and gone home. He called me while I was driving, apologized, and said he'd still like to see me, so we agreed to meet at a bar in a different city in the middle of where we both currently were. We arrive and introduce ourselves and start walking together to the bar and he proceeds to argue with me about where the bar is. Not just disagree, but argue for the entire 5 minute walk to the bar, and I ended up being right. He didn't apologize or acknowledge the fact that he thought it was appropriate to argue like that for the first 5 minutes of the date. We get in the bar and the vibes are completely off. The bartender takes our drink orders and asks if we want to see a food menu. At this point, I only want one drink and to leave and decline the menu, but my date asks for a menu. The next hour is me listening to him describe how tough it was being a trust fund kid and how hard and complicated his job is while also asking me over and over if I want food. I started talking about myself and my interests and he completely discredited me in every topic I brought up and downplayed all of my education/achievements. The kitchen closes because it's late and he grumbles as the bartender checks with us for last call and I repeat that I'm not hungry. He encourages me to order another drink and I tell him I'll just have the one, I don't think I want anymore. He misses the hint and orders another, and all I'm thinking about is getting out of the bar and away from him. He finally gets the tab 30 minutes later, I tell him I can pay for my own drink but he insists and pays for me. We're walking out of the bar and I'm speed walking towards my car. He's a few steps behind me and asks if I'd like to go on a second date and I say "No, thank you for the drink but I don't feel we're a good match." Clearly great at being rejected, he instantly says he doesn't think so either and I'm relieved. I figure that would be the end of the conversation so I pick it up and am several feet in front of him when I hear him call after me, "are you dtf or open to fwb?" I laugh out loud because my patience for politeness has worn off, say no, and finally reach my car, hop in, and drive off. I never spoke to him again.
