Definitely not 1979, more likely 1982 or '83. That's Reg Grant on lead guitar & Tate & Talita Mason singing. Talita is singing on the same mic as Keith & is the same age as him, they look about 15 here.

Keith is actually a year older than Talita, and the performance was most likely in 1981 when Keith was 14 - no later, as the group wasn't performing together in 1982.
