I am not even at a novice level of cooking..... So mine weren't as good or yummyliscous (comparing with the pic; obviously the real test would be provided by bite each of Chef's, and mine.) For a change, what shud be temperature and cooking times if I want to make
(2) by frying, and (2) in OTG? Wonder if Chef or sm viewer can help? ThankYou!

I don’t wash meat either nor did the rest of the family we all get our meat at reputable suppliers if I was getting it from a side street lol then that would be different I was only using side street as an example lol
