1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp onion powder
1 tsps chilli flakes (as per taste)
4 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger

1 tbsp fresh coriander (can be replaced with parsley)
1.5 tsp salt (adjust as per taste)
neutral oil
2 green chilies (optional)

1 green chili
Lemon juice
4 tbsp yogurt

Lovely, thank you.
👍❤️❤️
Looks so yummy! I marinated the lamb chops now using your recipe. Thank you!
Thank you. Let me know how it came out. 👍❤️❤️
I’m making this for dinner tonight! I’ll update you! ❤😊
Thanks. Hopefully turns out great 😊🤞❤️❤️
I ended up roasting some meat masala which had all the main spices you used, and I left it marinating as long as possible. With some ginger garlic paste, didn’t have green chilies. But I used red chili paste instead, and it was so delicious. 😁 Served it with some mint chutney and jeera basmati rice and my family finished it before I could have any. 😅 My son loved it. Thanks for the recipe!
Can’t wait to try it they look delicious. Thank you.
Thanks 👍❤️❤️
I love your morter and pestle. That wide base looks sensible.
Thanks ❤️❤️
Oh yeah.... Now that's what I'm talking about!
They look a-ma-zing, can't wait to try this one lol.
Thank you so much Sharmi 🥰
❤️❤️ thanks for the suggestion
Looks Definitely delicious ❤😊
Thank you. 🙂❤️❤️
Luckly I had all these ingredients (except from the chili flakes and onion powder and garlic) I have improvised with chopped onion and garlic purè
How was it? 🙂👍❤️
I am trying this today for hosting a dinner at home
Hope it came out well 👍❤️❤️❤️
Instead of oven... Can we use frying pan? How many minutes it has to be cooked?
Yes. It will depend on the thickness of your chops, but 3 mins on one side 2 mins on the other side will generally work. 👍🙂❤️❤️
I'm in love
No Youghut or lemon juice in the marinade ?
Looks delicious! How long do you tend to let the marinade soak for?
Just 30 mins is good enough for lamb chops 🙂❤️❤️
Yum! I get worried about overmarination, but the goat recipes I've done haven't softened the meat overmuch. Next time I do lamb chops (and can afford them), it'll definitely be in this style!
Looks delicious; would you see any issue with chucking them on the barby instead of frying/ovening?
Should be fine. 👍❤️❤️
Nicely done as always. Cheers for the idea about using frozen chilies… a real “game changer” 👍👍👍
There’s nothing “game changing” about using frozen chilis. I wish people would think before they type or speak.🙄🤦♂️🤷♂️
Yummy
Thanks ❤️❤️
Could you show us how you make Gulab Jamun? Thank you
Thanks for the suggestion. Soon 🙂❤️❤️
❤
Thanks ❤️❤️
I am new subscriber yahoooo❤
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Very well done 👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you ❤️❤️
Simple method; 20 spices...? lol
Welcome to Southern Asian cuisine!
Welcome to Indian cooking. We are effortless with our spices!
Do your taste buds a favor and try all types of southeast Asian food. Don't be so white.
be brave in the kitchen
be familiar with Indian recipes...they frequently are simple in concept (I learn relative amounts ie 1 part corriander two part cumin etc)...then create bottles of ready to use spice combinations
These look like rib chops, not loin chops.
It was labeled as loin chops 🙂❤️
They look overcooked... use the oven!!!
We all have our own preferences, but lamb is always delicious, as long as you stop somewhere short of cremation.
