I’m cooking lamb chops for Easter myself. I do mine with fresh rosemary and thyme w/the fresh garlic and butter as well. I’ll have roasted asparagus and a baked sweet potato with mine. Banana pound cake for dessert!! Beautiful presentation AB!! Made me hungry watching this!!😋😋
@@nickykeightley9355 it is delicious. I use the medium thick asparagus instead of the thin ones since oven needs to preheat @400. Use parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Spread asparagus out. Drizzle with EVOO; season with salt and pepper, minced garlic, and fresh lemon. Roast/Bake for 5-10 minutes depending on how hot your oven cooks, and how tender you like your asparagus. I like mine with a slight crunch, don’t like them mushy. You gotta watch them because @400 degrees they cook fast, and it doesn’t take them long to cook. And they should come out perfect!! Let me know once you try them. BTW: I’ve got a cookbook coming out soon 🙏🏾🙏🏾😋

I made these yesterday and they were AMAZING!!! I've only had lamb chops once and didn't like them because of the gamey taste but I soaked them in buttermilk for 24 hours and didn't taste the gamey at all... truly thank you my husband ate 6 chops lol

I tried cooking lamb chops about 6 times now looking at different videos, but by the time I finish basing them they always turn out well done until now - I like mine med rare to med. So I made these lamb chops last night for the fam, exactly as you did, including cooking in my cast iron skillet. FANTASTICALLY delicious! Bruh, Thank you for the tips beginning to end on the Lamb chops. I had the ones that looked like Filet mignon small bone. I seared the meat all over. Then ended added my thyme garlic, and butter they came out superb. Only problem I was a bit anxious and did not wait long enough for room temp. But next time I'm on it. Thank you!!
