We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️ Развлечения
We really enjoy Lamb. Loin chops, leg of lamb, rack of lamb is all great.
That recipe looks outstanding Sam.
I just made Lamb Loin Chops in the air fryer with a great Olive Oil, Crushed Rosemary, Garlic, Fresh Cracked Black Pepper and it was Delicious!
Rack of Lamb is probably the single best thing to eat no matter what rub or sauce you use, they are so versatile
I just like some Greek seasoning and some Lemon juice.
@@RedWingsFanClub yeah great choice
This! times 1000
Never had it
As an Aussie lamb cutlets are it. We love our lamb. Check out the Australian lamb ad for 2023, it’s the best. Definitely going to get your knives one day. Continuing with the lamb theme you should try…. Slow cooked lamb shanks or Lamb and Rosemary pie it’s awesome. But as an Aussie I would love to see you do an Aussie favourite dessert that you always get at the bakery when you get your classic pie.. and that is vanilla slice. It’s the best.
I’m in US and only buy Australia or New Zealand lamb. It’s way better tasting than the garbage from South America or lamb raised state side
I look forward to the Australia Day lamb ads each year. They just seem to get better every year! Just don't tell my pet sheep that we eat their cousins!
@@tritontransportTexas lamb one of the best as well, we get local farm raised lamb, so far it’s even better than imported ones.
Lamb is a lovely meat - such a different flavour from other red meats! I am surprised that more Americans don't eat it. Thanks for a great recipe, Sam!
I’m kinda glad, if it was more popular it would be even more expensive!
High quality lamb meat is not that easy to find tho
@Sniperboy5551 don't come to Australia then! It's exceedingly expensive! That rack would have cost around $AU45. Way out of reach for most Australians. The ridiculous part is, we are a major sheep growing country, yet it's THE most expensive meat by far. There are 10 times more sheep than people. Someone is making big money from it and it's not the farmers!
Loved seeing knife collection! Great idea to order some for Father’s Day!
Perfect timing - I'm grilling some lamb loin chops this weekend! I could use a Nakiri knife!!
Growing up we raised sheep and lamb, always loved the taste... thanks for the recipe and video!
Lamb has been on our family's table for as long as I can remember. I ate it as a child, my children ate it and now my grandson eats it. We've had fun introducing lamb to our friends. I also need a knife.
Props for knowing Al Green sang Love & Happiness. Excellent song.
Oh and I love lamb chops. Yum! These look amazing.
Could u send me the recipe open Lamb chop
What you’ve just done… I do this with a rack or as per the recipe a deboned leg. Enjoy from South Africa 😉
INGREDIENTS
BUTTER
* ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
* 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
* 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
* 2 large garlic cloves, minced
* ½ teaspoon kosher salt
* ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
MARINADE
* ⅔ cup extra-virgin olive oil
* ½ cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves and tender stems
* U ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
* 1½ tablespoons kosher salt
* 1½ tablespoons paprika
* 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
* 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
* 1½ e ground cumin
* 1½ teaspoons ground ginger
* 1½ teaspoons ground turmeric
* 1 boneless leg of lamb, about 5 pounds, butterflied and trimmed of excess fat
INSTRUCTIONS
* Combine the butter ingredients. Set aside.
* Whisk the marinade ingredients. Reserve and set aside one-half of the marinade to use for basting the lamb on the grill. Pour the remaining marinade into a large, resealable plastic bag. Place the lamb inside the bag, press the air out, and seal tightly. Turn the bag to distribute the marinade, place in a bowl, and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally. Remove the lamb from the bag and discard the marinade. Allow the lamb to stand at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes before grilling.
* Prepare the grill for direct and indirect cooking over medium heat (350° to 450°F).
* Grill the lamb, fat side down, over direct medium heat, with the lid closed, until nicely marked, 10 to 12 minutes. Turn the lamb over and grill for 5 minutes more, basting the lamb with the reserved marinade. Then move the lamb over indirect medium heat and grill, fat side up, with the lid closed, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the lamb registers 125° to 130°F for medium rare, 20 to 30 minutes more, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
* Cut the lamb across the grain into thin slices. Melt the herb butter, and then drizzle it over the lamb. Serve right away.
Szechuan peppercorns in a BBQ rub!! Brilliant idea. Definitely doing that!
Thank you for sharing. Great stuff!
Lamb on the barbie...perfect for the upcoming Passover! Thanks Sam!
Another great video and recipe! Thanks!
Looks amazing, making that this weekend for sure!
Love & happiness is a smoked rack of lamb
My youngest son absolutely loves lamb! This is an excellent idea for the weekend 😊
Love, love love lamb. The best lamb I've bought in the US comes from a farm in New Mexico called NIght Sky Lamb. They breed Dorper lamb which in my humble opinion is the absolute BEST tasting lamb money can buy. I highly recommend you check them out. If someone says they don't like lamb, this lamb will convert them!
never thought this video would ever come love lamb sent a request a couple of times love this recipe from canada sending its warmth
Definitely getting this cookbook now
Love Lamb! cant wait to try these!!

Lamb is fantastic! Growing up middle eastern it was so nicely spiced with cumin, herbs, and mint.
I've never had lamb but the way that melts when you bite it has me sold
More lamb content please! My mission is to teach Americans how wonderful it is.
This looks amazing!
These look amazing!
Here in oz, lamb is a staple meat but when we lived in the states it was very hard to find. Glad to see it on the channel!
Smoked leg of lamb also insanely good - good to see lamb get the love it deserves, no idea why it gets such a bad time in the US
Bahhhhhhh
That looks fantastic. This will be my Sunday cook
That looks amazing!
That seasoning sounds great!

It's funny, that is what I'm doing this sunday for a party! You confirm what I will and how I will do. Thanks Sam.
One of the best meals we have had recently is a rack of pork on the Weber grill. Good luck finding one this time of year. Love your channel.
Amazing. Cant wait to try..
Love the flavor combination of that rub. I used it on a rack of Baby Back ribs cooked on the grill and they were outstanding
Lamb is something I need to do more often, this looks amazing
Last lamb rack I smoked was with a hot pepper jelly brushed on top of my dry rub. Silly delicious.
Love lamb , its just so good!
It looks amazing
Medium/pink lamb is something else, and this rub sounds like a great flavoring. I also must recommend the decadent pistachio/breadcrumb/butter & rosemary crusted version.
So rich and delicious. Thanks for sharing!
I love lamb! This looks amazing!
I have to try this recipe!
Yes! I’ve been waiting for something with lamb
Holy S is my favorite line now. It’s a must in my mouth daily! 😂

I'm definitely gonna try this!
Love lamb, great video can’t wait to try it
Grilled or smoked lamb is awesome. Dry rub and smoke over citrus wood and it is gooey and sweet, and amazing.
love the color of that grill!
Well, thus is a nice surprise, Sam. I have a neighbor who raises lambs and I can order fresh lamb from my hood! I would love a knife, too.
Another winning recipe for this grilling season!
Gotta try this!! 😋😋
That looks delicious! I love Lamb!
Your smelling up the neighborhood! In a good way.
One of my favorite cooks and you nailed it!!
I love lamb! Can't wait to try this out!
Yes! Love the charcoal action. You guys are the best. Love the SOS channel so much too.
Definitely need this in my life! Cumin and Chipotle Chili powder - Yes please!
The smoke coming out of the smoker in the background must make your neighborhood smell yummy!
Being Sam's neighbor would be a love/ hate relationship for sure
I've always been on the lam about lamb. Can't wait try it.
Looks awesome!
Definitely need to try this rub the next time I cook lamb chops.
That looks so good!
A free knife from watching my favorite entrée being cooked …. Could only be a dream
That looks soooooo good.
I had 2 racks of lamb chops in my freezer waiting for a Sam the cooking video, there are finally gonna get eaten! They are thanking you!
Frenched adds such a nice touch.
Lamb is my favourite and that looked awesome. Enjoy your time.
Absolutely fantastic!!!
I’ll be making this soon & ordering the offset bread knife as a Mother’s Day gift
Must cook this immediately
I am sure that was delicious, it looked cooked to perfection, thanks for the grilling tips....
I just love anything stir fried!!
Love the Weber. Best grill ever!
Looks delicious
I never hear you talk about adding Aleppo pepper in to any of your recipes. It changed my cooking life, just like your channel.
That was great. I always trim up the lamb because of fat fires, but this was really nice.
Wow that looks so good. I usually cook my lamb indirect first and then direct. I'm going to have to try to do it direct first and then indirect.
You taught me indirect cooking! Game changer! Gotta try this lamb recipe!
Delicious food bro!
Lamb is a staple here in Australia. So many US folk don't like it because they think it has a gamey taste. No, deer has a gamey taste! You did that rack proud. Cooked perfectly. Oh, here, we call the cut up end result bits cutlets. Chops are different. Although some here will call those, chops with handles. They are also great breaded and shallow fried.
I’m in US and only buy Australia or New Zealand lamb. It’s way better tasting than the garbage from South America or lamb raised in southern US or Mexico because it is really gamey like a deer 🥴
@tritontransport I didn't know we exported to the US. Great that you love our baby sheep! We love it too, but it's so expensive these days it's a luxury item.
It's interesting that it tastes different depending on where it comes from. I wonder why? Could it be what they were fed, or their living conditions? Aussie lambs roam in open land, eating what they like before being shunted onto the truck. Maybe the areas you describe they are force fed certain foods?
@@IamJaneS oddly of all places i get my Australian lamb from Aldi 🤔4.99 a pound for a loin roast. Made one on Easter a couple weeks ago
@@IamJaneS Costco sell rack of lamb like that from Australia, they are amazing.
