Ingredients:
1 kilo lamb chops
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 table spoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
In an Airfryer cook for 12 minutes then turn, cook again for 2-3 minutes for 200*c
Marinate for 1 hour to 30 minutes
Served with your favorite veggies, mush potatoes or salad

This looks epic. I think I will do mine at 8 minutes and 3 minutes. just a little more pink for me. And put that fat in the fridge. Anything you fry in it will be epic!
Why is the meat that wet? That was an inordinate amount of drying considering it’s going to be covered in marinade
What was the green leaf added after knot seasoning was added?

No cumin at all? For that amount chops, add 1 tablespoon cumin seed or grounded powder. Try it.
Isn't it bad to reuse that oil tho.. I think I heard a doc say its full of trans fats once it's been used
Yes, not good to reused oil. I did not reused that oil, I just showing only, how much oil we get from using airfryer. Thats why we used oil fryer for healthy way of cooking.
Vegetable recipe??
Just i sautéed onions, garlic into vegetables oil, add seasoning... pepper, 1 tbl light soysauce, knorr seasoning powder, 1 tbls oyster sauce, taste first before adding salt. If you want a little kick of spicy you can can 1/2 tsp of paprika powder.( You can used any of your favorite vegetables, for this recipe)

Yes it is just i sautéed any vegetables, whatever I have, add some soysauce, oyster sauce and powder seasoning. Taste first before adding salt, it might be salty from the seasoning.
