Dear sister, thanks for sharing this video with us and I would like to know if you can teach people your cooking skills and still charge for it. Thanks again ❤
The videos are there for you to learn. I don't charge anyone anything.
Can you tell me where I might get some of the plates you use for your spices please ?
they would be amazing on the barbecue now were getting nicer weather
Epic on the BBQ.. brings out even more flavour!
Please keep these airfryer videos coming, I live in Tooting South London and eat/cook more Indian food than you can shake a stick at. Really bored of seeing people cooking wings and chips. Need more intelligent food like this, look delicious. I know not traditional but even a sprinkling of mint would work here?
More to come and yes i shouldn't see why not!
Air Fryer is Zindagi 🔥
yep :)
Nice video, How can I remove the fat from lamp chops , does it come off better after cooking ?
We normally get out butcher to do it.
How long for Mutton chops and what temp please?
Yummi
Hi, what can I replace deghi mirch with?
Either leave it out or replace with paprika powder.
Don't have a air fryer has this been tried and tested in your oven how long will it tk
They haven't I'm afraid but i wouldn't think they'd take much longer to cook in an oven. maybe a few mins more if that
Chops looking fab!
However I'm not too keen on tamarind.....is there another substitute for it or can it be left out altogether? Thank you.
You can leave the tamarind out.
You can use lemon
use Nandos chilli sauce instead
Hi shamza! I don’t have air fryer so I’m assuming I can cook the same in the oven?? For how long??
Yes, definitely. They would take maybe a few more mins on each side.
Love your videos a lot.. I just bought Cosori air fryer and watching you every single day. Please let me know your name and your social account. I love your UK accent too :) :) I live in Tokyo.
2 tea spoons oil , two table spoons of Greek yoghurt , 1 n half tablespoon tamirin sauce, 1 teaspoon coriander ,garam masal , Dekhi mirch , cumin powder , half tea spoon chilli powder , tumeric power , black ground pepper , paprika , 1 heaped tea sooon of grated garlic, 1 heaped teaspoon grated ginger
I put lamchops in air fryer at 200 and after 8 minutes they cane out rubbery!!
What is that red spice called? I didn't catch the name.
Hi, the ingredients are in the description box, but I'll put them here for you:
Ingredients:
500g lamb chops cut into 1inch thickness
2 teaspoons oil
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
1.5 tablespoons tamarind sauce
1 teaspoon of:
Salt
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Deghi mirch & cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon of:
Regular chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Paprika powder & ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of red and orange food colouring (optional)
1 heaped teaspoon of freshly grated ginger and garlic
The juice of half a lemon
Thanks very much. I didn't realise that was kashnirii chilli. I followed your recipe and what a result. Cooking for the time you mentioned was spot on. They came out fantastic. I also followed your lamb samosa recipe.and I can say hey are the best samosas I have made in 30 years.
Interesting how you chose not to combine pataks paste with your own spices as you did in your chicken tandoori recipe? Personally I find the pataks tandoori way too sharp/sour I can taste all the citric acids and preservatives it just doesn’t taste like the real thing I would rather make the whole recipe from scratch adding lemon juice to taste
Do Asians ever cook anything other than curries?
Yes we do, infact we enjoy a good fish and chips, chicken pot pie and many other dishes too. You're seeing many of the dishes we enjoy at home and what I've grown eating! Thank you for your comment 😊
They also love pizza
