Lamb is probably my favourite meat and Lamb Handi a favourite of mine but slow cooled or airfryer cooked Lamb is Lamb so I am sure these are as delicious as they look .
Dear sister, thanks for sharing this video with us and I would like to know if you can teach people your cooking skills and still charge for it. Thanks again ❤
Looks and sounds fabulous. That said, I just got four lamb chops from Waitrose this evening (not my first choice shop, but what was available). They cost £9.50 - could not believe it! / Anyway great video as always, thanks, Mark.
Please keep these airfryer videos coming, I live in Tooting South London and eat/cook more Indian food than you can shake a stick at. Really bored of seeing people cooking wings and chips. Need more intelligent food like this, look delicious. I know not traditional but even a sprinkling of mint would work here?
Hi, the ingredients are in the description box, but I'll put them here for you: Ingredients: 500g lamb chops cut into 1inch thickness 2 teaspoons oil 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt 1.5 tablespoons tamarind sauce 1 teaspoon of: Salt Coriander powder Garam masala Deghi mirch & cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon of: Regular chilli powder Turmeric powder Paprika powder & ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon of red and orange food colouring (optional) 1 heaped teaspoon of freshly grated ginger and garlic The juice of half a lemon
Thanks very much. I didn't realise that was kashnirii chilli. I followed your recipe and what a result. Cooking for the time you mentioned was spot on. They came out fantastic. I also followed your lamb samosa recipe.and I can say hey are the best samosas I have made in 30 years.
Love your videos a lot.. I just bought Cosori air fryer and watching you every single day. Please let me know your name and your social account. I love your UK accent too :) :) I live in Tokyo.
Interesting how you chose not to combine pataks paste with your own spices as you did in your chicken tandoori recipe? Personally I find the pataks tandoori way too sharp/sour I can taste all the citric acids and preservatives it just doesn’t taste like the real thing I would rather make the whole recipe from scratch adding lemon juice to taste
Yes we do, infact we enjoy a good fish and chips, chicken pot pie and many other dishes too. You're seeing many of the dishes we enjoy at home and what I've grown eating! Thank you for your comment 😊

Wow they were expensive!! i hope you enjoyed the recipe and it was worth the money spent!
Tried it. It was very lovely ❤
I will make
It looks amazing. I will definitely try that. But is 8 minutes really enough?
Yes, we did alot of testing, anything more and they got chewy.
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes brilliant, that's Saturday night sorted with beers in the fridge. I will let you know. 🙂
Wallahi this good broo!!!❤❤❤
Nice video, How can I remove the fat from lamp chops , does it come off better after cooking ?
We normally get out butcher to do it.
Does anyone know how many mins to airfry for them to get the meat soft not chewy and rubbery? I think 4 mins it too leas
For us 4mins was perfect. The longer you cook lamb the tougher it gets.
Can you tell me where I might get some of the plates you use for your spices please ?
I love your recipes ❤❤❤
Glad you like them! Thanks
How long for Mutton chops and what temp please?
Hi, what can I replace deghi mirch with?
Either leave it out or replace with paprika powder.
Don't have a air fryer has this been tried and tested in your oven how long will it tk
They haven't I'm afraid but i wouldn't think they'd take much longer to cook in an oven. maybe a few mins more if that
Chops looking fab!
However I'm not too keen on tamarind.....is there another substitute for it or can it be left out altogether? Thank you.
You can leave the tamarind out.
You can use lemon
use Nandos chilli sauce instead
I knew it's authentic recipe when your accent switched from English to desi at the word "Tandoori" and back again! 😹😻
they would be amazing on the barbecue now were getting nicer weather
Epic on the BBQ.. brings out even more flavour!
Hi shamza! I don’t have air fryer so I’m assuming I can cook the same in the oven?? For how long??
Yes, definitely. They would take maybe a few more mins on each side.
