can you please tell me some good barbell sets?? i have no clue what i am getting into online lol. lots of mixed reviews. im just trying to grow my glutes and tone, not enter body building comps. so im so confused on which set to get?
My body asked for a break, I consent. Penny posts a fabulous workout, I'm immediately energized and eager to do said workout. I can not wait to get off work to do this one. Great workout 🏋️♀️🔥was very challenging but I pushed myself to complete the entire circuit. Definitely will be trying more of your workouts and can’t wait to see what results I achieve.
🏋️♀️ all day!! Love when you do a barbell. Very challenging for compared to using just weights. I have a curl bar which is a 16 1/2 minus the weights then I did add 2 10lbs and 2 5 lbs. Kicked my a**. I was hitting muscle failure on the circuit 2. 2 round. Almost threw in the towel. Sweating buckets..😅 I love it tho!! Keep bringing it. Thank you beautiful lady!! Til next time. 😘👍
