Barbell hit Loved it!! I wish I had a barbell but have no fear, Penny gave us all the options needed to complete this powerful workout with dumbbells' instead. It was amazing. Yes the burn was there and I loved the added ABS at the end with the weights.. Highly recommend this workout everyone. thank you Penny! :)

Total body is fin but separating muscle groups is a great way to build strength abs lean muscle 🙌
