Yeah it’s been a rough year. It never broke last year. The rear differential has been a pain this year.

How do win?? Is it just a cleaner drift or faster lap?? How does it work??

It’s who can get closer to the clipping points and run a clean line while have good proximity.

how is this track for low powered cars? I started following you when you had the mustang. I am a brand new drifter and have a 2000 mustang gt, stock power and gearing, feal coils and free angle.

It’s great honestly! We got a lot of lower powered cars out here. A lot of mustangs and even a few v6 mustangs that shred. If you close to rockingham nc you should come. It’s a great place with awesome people that just want to see each and everyone progress!

@@DGGarage sounds great! Its not super far (around 4 hours) I will look at the event schedule for sure. Any tips on tire size for my mustang? Might be overthinking it but is there a big difference going between 245/40/17 and 245/45/17 I know sidewall height was important when I did autocross, just not sure how sidewall height affects drifting.

@@TheNeumeister92 the 24/45/17 will have more roll over and cause more sway and less predictability on transition. But honestly run what ever you can find these days. Normally I would say try and run the same tires all the time but it’s good to learn what different tires do. If you need and pointers you can follow me on instagram @derick_gaskins
