I was lucky enough to meet Ken not long after this video came out and I actually asked him what the red button did. As soon as I asked him he laughed and said everyone had wanted to know. He was such a great guy, very friendly and had alot of time for his fans. He was a powerhouse of driving excellence and he will be sorely missed. RIP Ken #kb43ver

Anyone else on a Ken Block binge? I'm still in utter disbelief that this legend is gone. Ken was the one who opened up my eyes to the world of badass driving and Rallying (like many of us here), and rewatching these cuts got me thinking of the insane standards and foundation that Ken has laid for the world of rallying, racing and drifting. Another legend taken way too soon. So so sad.
I could be wrong but I haven’t seen a video of him actually driving the whole coarse on one video.. everything that I’ve seen was recorded one curve or stunt at a time and often attempted multiple times for the perfect shot. The meticulous planning and organisation it took to orchestrate this is a credit to the Producers of Top Gear, and all of those working for the BBC who were involved in the special. This sequence is the stuff of movies, and it would never have been possible had it not been for a huge amount of planning. The fact Ken and his immense skill and ability are no longer with us is devastating, and it is only through the production of works like this that you can truly appreciate his lifelong ability for vehicle control. Rest well Ken Block, your talent is sorely missed.

I think Ken could drive the wheels off of anything. I love to watch him drive. He def. Had the passion and intensity of a Scorpio. He was obsessed and a perfectionist at driving. You can tell he spent a lot of time getting his set up right and figuring out exactly what equipment was best suited for his cars. His cars were extremely personal to him as they should have been and I loved how his daughter wanted to start a career doing this and you could see she has a lot of Ken’s drive and passion in her. He made her take a whole car apart and learn every little thing about it. I just loved it. RIP KEN!!!

People die from snowmobile accidents all the time every year. Going fast in the snow is dangerous. You hit a bump too hard or hit a tree and it's the end. He apparently flipped going down hill and the snow machine landed on top of him.

I think Ken could drive the wheels off of anything. I love to watch him drive. He def. Had the passion and intensity of a Scorpio. He was obsessed and a perfectionist at driving. You can tell he spent a lot of time getting his set up right and figuring out exactly what equipment was best suited for his cars. His cars were extremely personal to him as they should have been and I loved how his daughter wanted to start a career doing this and you could see she has a lot of Ken’s drive and passion in her. He made her take a whole car apart and learn every little thing about it. I just loved it. RIP KEN!!!
