  • I try BTS Jungkook's workout routine for 5 days! this is the transformation and results after a week! With news of their comeback single Dynamite dropping on August 21, I thought what better way to celebrate was to see how Jungkook prepares for a comeback.
    I tried his workout from Yoora's video "I followed Jungkook's workout routine for a week // getting fit with yoora season 1 ep 1" [ • I followed Jungkook's ... ]

    Hi guys! I saw a frequently asked questions and thought I’d answer them here!
    Q: did you diet along with this workout?
    A: nope! No specific diet, just be mindful of what you eat and I tried to avoid more snacks than usual haha
    Q: what does 10 planks mean?
    A: honestly I don’t know haha I would just ignore the “10” and plank for as long as you can!

      The 10 planks mean the Up & Down planks 🤗 its when you're in the lower plank position and you lift yourself up into the push up position 💪

    Ive tried this before and i literally almost died after 3 days and my family wasnt really supporting me and kept taunting and teasing me about working out and i was always a sweaty mess sooooooo now i feel more confident because of you and now regardless of what my family says im gonna do it again wish me luck and oh i love your videos

      hi i just want to share something. I am genetically fat and my fam don't really care about their size. the thing is I am the only one who's concious on my body and I really control the amount of what I eat that's why my body size is way opposite compared to them ANYWAY my familyy was like yours when i started working out froom the beginning of the quarantine theeyyy were likee "wth are u doiing?!" I ignored them cause i won't gain anything if I will let their words stop me and rn, they're used to it and don't tell such words to me maybe cause they're seeing the results? lmao.

      SAMMEEE am embarrassed to exercise in front of people I would always make excuses saying that I'll do it the next day and end up never doing it ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ but I started running more and working out more and whenever I see people looking at me weirdly and laughing at me I just think to myself that I probably won't see them again and that they'll be laughing at me right now but just wait you fools wait until you see me once am SKINNY! :,-)

      you can start by doing a beginners version, for example on the wall, then go lower on your matress, then on a step and then on the floor. It has worked out well for me!

    I did this workout with you and almost died on the push ups lol. Took me about 30-40 mins to everything because of how tired I was T-T, but overall it works really well I saw a difference on the third and second day. Remember if you are out of breathe its ok to take a break. And if you are tired its ok to stop do not pressure yourself into doing it because theres always tmr to do it. When you workout you do not have to follow a diet but make sure to not eat a lot of snacks. To keep yourself motivated maybe watch someone example: her. That makes you motivated, or listen to music time working out. Remember if you want something to go for it because if you really want it no one can stop you. Also everyones body is different this workout may not work for you or you may not see a difference in the first few days but dont give up. If you want to change something about yourself do it. And no you do not have to be skinny to be beautiful

    When you do push ups or plank make sure that your whole torso is straight in line with the flooring. Also, remember: if it hurts - it burns fat

      @@areebakhalid982 You should feel sore or cramps around your biceps, legs, and abs. Basically where the workout “focuses” on. As long as it doesn’t hurt where your bones or tendons are, such as hips, wrist, and ankle. If those places hurt then you should try to fix your position or stop the workout :)

      Abru Shaihin Eliana just a tip, don’t eat too little while doing it. because if you do you might gain weight after you lost it because you start eating normally. I dance a lot at home and I did that when i were doing his workouts and so. I think I ate pretty normally I just made sure that I burned as much calories as i ate which will result in loosing weight.

      Lil Beanie I did the workout about once a day and sometimes twice (it’s not necessary if it’s too much) You should try not to take too long breaks between the exercises and if you do, try to move as much as possible. Remember that this workout can be hard if you aren’t used to workout. You will get sore muscles but it will go away when your body gets used to working out. Good luck!     So my gender is male when i see this jungkook workout routine. I try this workout about 1 month. After 1 month i got really narrow waist ( my waist is 30cm (EDIT: not 30cm but 73cm) i don't is small or not but for me is small ) and my chest is wider and bigger than usual. And i lose weight from 70 kg to 62 (no diet ) so that's my result for jungkook workout routine ( im sorry for my bad english :) ) edit: and i forget to add my age is 15 years old and my height is 175cm

    Guys this workout works soooooooo well! I lost 30lbs in 5 months! I even got toned as well! I had to stop using this workout after my body got used to it, but when I was doing it I started off doing Jungkooks alone, and after that I added 2 more different K-pop Idol regimens into it! My new workout regimen is now Chloe Ting because my body got used to Jungkooks workouts 😭💖 Its hard work you guys, but it's soooooooo worth it! I feel more stronger and confident with my body because of Jungkook's workout! I highly encourage doing this!!

      @@e.m.i.l.y1831 I just didn't eat Junk Food or drink any fizzy drinks. If I had a junk food craving I would eat a bowl of strawberries, drizzle it with some honey, and add some coconut flakes as a substitute. If you want maximum results then you gotta eat clean, but even without dieting you can see results it'll just be slower. As long as you burn more calories than you eat you're fine 🤗 I do highly encourage to have a healthier diet because you will see a difference in your energy levels, skin, and your mood. I know it's not easy to eliminate junk food, but start controlling your portions on how much junk food you consume. Also when it comes to my meals I try to have healthy portions as well. I don't overload my plate, and I eat to the point where I don't feel hungry, but I'm not super full (like to the point where I'm gonna explode) I just feel normal and satisfied. Basically is having Moderation when having your meals, and when you snack just try to provide healthier substitute for sweet cravings it was that Strawberry combo I mentioned earlier. If I'm craving chips, I substitute it for Banana Joes Banana chips Sriracha flavored because it tastes like actual chips and not bananas. That's basically what I did, I didn't really change my meals. I just controlled my portions, and make sure that I became satisfied but not overloaded. When doing Jungkooks workout, you'll notice a HUGE difference in performance when you eat healthier vs when you don't. That's why I made the decision on cutting out the junk because I didn't want to be extremely out of breath and take frequent breaks because the junk would slow me down. I actually sweat and used my fat more when I ate healthier, since I wasn't taking many breaks and I wasnt out of breath so much. I know it isnt easy but we can do it!!

      @@e.m.i.l.y1831 do Jungkooks first, thats how I started off, then I got used to it so it wasn't as effective anymore. Then I added 2 more kpop idol workouts while doing Jungkooks to make ot effective again. Then I got used to that, so I started Chloe Tings videos to do my workouts now. Once when your body gets used to a workout it wont be effective anymore so you gotta add something new or do a completely regimen in order to maintain your results 🤗💕

    I started trying this workout only today, and I really saw a huge change! Since it was only today, i didn’t exactly gotten abs (YET), but my tummy has gotten flatter!!
    I really recommend this workout even though it’s a little tough for some people. But it is truely worth it!

      I did this workout for 2-3 days. It was okay for me,hard but not THAT hard. I did knee push ups instead of the original ones. But I wasn't satisfied with the workout so I switched to Emi Wong's workout.

    I decide to try this because I think I can be consistent with this workout. I’m going to come back and see if it works for me. I am currently 142 pounds. I will also go on a diet and run in the mornings for a bit. Wish me luckkkk

      I did it! I finished it even though I wanted to give up so many times. The last day for me was the hardest because it’s the first workout challenge I’ve accomplished. I only lost 2 pounds because I gained it all back on the last day when I decided to quit the diet but I won’t give up and I will continue until I reach my goal.

    I'm trying to get fit (or, in other words, say hi to my abs again), so I thought this video would help me out, but my lazy ass won't move.. I'm like "I should try this" but I'm also like "I'm just gonna sleep the day away - again"..
    I did pro martial arts for two years, thus I could do 70 push-ups, but now I'm down to 20 .___.
    Regarding the planks, I always did 1-2 min, then rest 10 sec. and continue like that until my set was done (If you rest for too long, you lose the strength and adrenaline you've build up, thus it'll get harder for you to do the remaining). If you're only doing one, then yes, as long as you can! :)
    I applaud you for trying JK's workout. Well done.

    1. warm up (like jumping and running at one place)
    2. Surynamaskar
    3. 100 squats
    4. Skipping (1500)
    5. 30 push ups
    6. stretching
    7. End with Meditation

    It looks like he does variations of that same workout and reps.
    example:
    Round 1
    push ups
    Round 2
    diamond push ups
    Round 3
    Alternating push ups
    So you get different muscles groups...

    also a plank is 5 sec or longer if u want but its 5 sec

      Well actually I searched how long the average plank should be and Google says a minute but like that's just to long for me so what I did was time myself and see how long I could hold up one which was a 60 secs so I cut that in half so for me ever rep should be thirty seconds... So I think you should do what is good for you not tiering or too easy or the effects will be bad for your muscles or just nothing at all. I also take a minute break in between every rep so my body can recuperate, doing it continuously won't do any good.

    quick tips : if you don't exercise regularly before start with 5 sets of each and increase 2-3 reps everyday.
