From a muscle building perspective, yea no shit, you wouldn't derive results from this. As for endurance, I think it's fine but if you want to build muscle, I'd suggest you do like 1/4 of that as a warm up and do the rest after weight lifting.

are you trying to disappear or what? 105 is literally a child's body weight. unless you are < 5 feet or < teen BUT this is good HIIT exercise routine so 👍😀👍

But I also want to say that some people naturally very skinny (so if someone who wasn't trying to lose weight but weighed 105 lbs should not get skinny shamed). Also some people have eating disorders and comments like that can encourage them.

i have been doing this same exercise for almost month but i didn’t know jungkook had the same routine. i do few more extra exercises and 30 mins cardio with it. i do it because this was what my trainer told me to do for 4-5 times a week for 30 days. obviously my reps are little less than this. this doesn’t give you abs lol. it just makes you stronger and you might lose weight if you have proper diet aiming for it.

Not the most healthy time but I needed something to keep my mind off of things and yeah... Not this exercise, of course lol. We beginners. I used to die when it comes to burpees 😢😭 but one thing I wanna say i lost weight, became healthy and also confident cuz of this workout I started in 2021 and do it 3 times a week😊 it's hard at start but trust me u will love the outcome 💝
i remember when i was doing his workout, i think i did it over the course of a month before i added some of my own things, but it definitely works. rn im doing kazuha’s workout out and everyday im adding one of the exercises from my previous workout (which is junkooks with some of my own stuff added)

actually I also try jungkok workout seriously while I do workout at starting I cough so badly and breqth heavy but slowly I got better I leave my workout but I do again I suggest u to walk 1 hour before workout it's effective❤❤ good luck😅
My trainer was like a monster because he always asked for 50 squats at once....oh gosh the pain afterwards. But thanks to him I can do 50 squats at once... before I used to fall while doing that but not now 😅
I do karate since 8 years and my dad made me workout even before and to me this doesn't look that bad i only gate burpies (especially when you do them with pushups)
For anyone starting this routine who rarely does workout my advice would be START SMALL. The first day I went straight for 50 squats and 60 the next day and safe to say, my thighs got so swollen. It was horrible, I had to stop. I’m not saying don’t do this routine cuz it’s rlly good, just start small. Get it incorporated into ur workout little by little. Good luck.

Technically, squats should not cause knee pain cuz it works out things & glutes. If it's causing knee pain it means you're doing it wrong.

You should start with the burpees. They are a really good exercise to warm up. The other exercises will feel easier after that.
