That guys father was stealing to provide for his family when batman stopped him and unintentionally crippled him. That could be a legitimate reason that guy would call batman a fascist.
Well, look at it like living in a world where people are getting kicked out of their homes because some rich guys played the stock market and when the shit hit the fan - government bailed them out. So they immediately paid themselves huge bonuses, celebrated with drugs and hookers and started looking who to fuck over next. Meanwhile... There's this guy going around at night beating up people in dark alleyways, mutilating street dealers and dumping them over at the police station. Kinda makes it out like his priorities are more about beating up the lower classes than making the 1% pay for their, much greater, crimes. As if he's fine with keeping the status quo of an unjust system, as long as he's free to spend millions on special gear which allows him to commit serial violence and get away with it. Is he Batman or Bateman? No... wait... Patrick Bateman actually got rid of Wall Street bro Paul Allen.
Ohhhhh that's the context for it okay, yeah that makes a lot more sense. Stealing to provide for a family to get food is very much something that happens in America, it's understandable.
There are real things about wokeness to be outraged by. Thats how they have become popular youtubers. But once that is your brand you have to continually find more things to be outraged by even if there isnt really anything going on at the moment. Its the same thing 24 hour news stations have to do.
The problem with the Batman line is that it highlights yet again that Hollywood is incapable of building something up without tearing something down. It's like watching a drowning man push his friend under the water before they both drown.
I’m a big fan of the blue beetle comics I’m hype for this I kinda hope it’s its own thing with no cameos. It looks like its going to pay homage to the 2 previous blue beetles which is more than dc has done recently.
From what I know, Blue Beetle (& Shazam) is in its own seperate universe but the characters can still crossover w/ DCU. Also, if there's any superhero movie of 2023 that deserves to flop out of all of them tbh is The Flash.
I was absolutely sick of super hero movies around iron man 3 but this one actually looked cool. I also like how people get mad about the Batman line. I'm pretty sure other fictional characters have had more shocking opinions.
I think it just released at the wrong time. General audiences are moving away from superhero movies, and this is releasing literally in the middle of the DC revamp/rework or whatever, so Blue Beetle is going to get a very similar reaction as Shazam. Four or so years ago, people would've been pretty content with this.
I kind of get the outrage like it's a little silly but the fact they used that line at the end to punctuate the trailer implies that it's an important thing and may become a driving theme of the movie that pre established beloved character is actually le fascist is not really a film fans would want to see. The line makes no sense if we're talking about Batman as a whole and only kind of makes sense if we're talking about Snyder Batman. When your response to fans critiquing your movie is just "lol gotcha" I can probably predict how the box office sales are gonna look
Indeed, I mean from a normal person standpoint this isn't just me spitballing Batman defeats normal people and supervillains but none of the people that harm citizens from like a corporation standpoint all it takes is one person being like I was just trying to provide for my family or I was forced into being underling or some crap like that getting beat up to have a bad opinion on him, I mean how much people call out Spider-Man, Superman they made an entire movie based off of people not liking him, the Flash Wonder Woman, cyborg, the entire X-Men group, for a lot less and way more crazy insults.
@Doelroarpa they're just thinking the movie has some kind of political agenda which technically speaking every movie does, movies always talk about who's good and who's bad, you're going to see fascist characters or pompous elitist characters, I think even children movies tend to put in a corrupt government or corrupt Superior in some shape or form, this is a straw man argument because they want to call out something to do with a character that they like, I'm unsure if it's because the person in question is a minority who said this, I feel like they would have this complaint even if the person was white especially the person was a woman or a homosexual character, they're all projecting a little too damn hard if they're doing this just to get views think that's a little better than actually seen problem here.
@@ethankleinman1067 the director laughing at the fascist comment seems like nothing to you. Big Billy genuinely looks like a portrait oney would make of Cory 😂
That guys father was stealing to provide for his family when batman stopped him and unintentionally crippled him. That could be a legitimate reason that guy would call batman a fascist.
Even if his exact claim is inaccurate, his anger is justified
@za21 very true, those people don't care when cops kill people for lesser crimes
@za21 the response will be "this has nothing to do with fascism, you are politically illiterate" because it didn't.
Ohhhhh that's the context for it okay, yeah that makes a lot more sense. Stealing to provide for a family to get food is very much something that happens in America, it's understandable.
adum needs a 4k emote for his stream
That guy getting mad about the Batman line is cringiest shit lmao
We did it boys. 1080p is no more.
May it rest in piss
The charlie day movie trailer was in 1080
The true Chad move here would be to release the full film in 1080p despite the trailers being 4K.
the hook is the anime move he does at the end lol, at least it was for me
Not gonna lie, it looked like some Power Rangers choreography... I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not.
There are real things about wokeness to be outraged by. Thats how they have become popular youtubers. But once that is your brand you have to continually find more things to be outraged by even if there isnt really anything going on at the moment. Its the same thing 24 hour news stations have to do.
When you care more about the video resolution than whatever blue scarab is.
Adam being a RM Brown viewer makes me like him even more than I already do (which is a lot)
💪Muscular class
@@TSmith-yy3cc m-mus’-mus-Muscular class
Hearing Adum say "Star Kid" made my heart flutter
I’m a fan of DC characters so I’m excited for a blue battle movie but idk how the general public is gonna like it lol
"thE scArAB CHoSe yoU"
The problem with the Batman line is that it highlights yet again that Hollywood is incapable of building something up without tearing something down. It's like watching a drowning man push his friend under the water before they both drown.
scarab beetles = dung beetles (basically ‘Myth of Shittyphus’ bugs)
also is that Miguel from Cobra Kai?
I’m a big fan of the blue beetle comics I’m hype for this I kinda hope it’s its own thing with no cameos. It looks like its going to pay homage to the 2 previous blue beetles which is more than dc has done recently.
It's gonna be way worse, don't hold your breath
I think this looks fun. It's OK to be fatigued of comic book movies. But it's also OK to look forward to something that might be fun.
I'll stick with The Guyver thank you very much.
Say, how close are we to a DarkHawk movie?! The barrel's bottom can't be far! Give me what I want!
The elevator was used in I, Robot.
Hearing Lil Uzi Vert coming from this almost gave me a brain aneurysm.
Adum yelling abt 4k while i watch these vids in 360p lololol
backlash to the backlash to the thing that's just begun....
Hell yeah i'm here for it
From what I know, Blue Beetle (& Shazam) is in its own seperate universe but the characters can still crossover w/ DCU.
Also, if there's any superhero movie of 2023 that deserves to flop out of all of them tbh is The Flash.
Does the dubebro Adum reacted to have any eyebrows?
Cgi looks like from a video game
like ps one era or ps4?
Adum talking about 4k quality videos is like a ritual at this point. It ain't a YMS video without a 4k rant.
Seems like many superhero movies use buses or other public transit at some point
I was absolutely sick of super hero movies around iron man 3 but this one actually looked cool. I also like how people get mad about the Batman line. I'm pretty sure other fictional characters have had more shocking opinions.
“You’ve made a trailer length response to the Batman is fascist statement”
Adam 10 minutes in the video still going on about 4K:
I’m a big fan of the suit. It looks badass!
Oh yeah, the Will Friedle character in Brave and the Bold.
Man I miss brave and the bold
He had my favourite Blue Beetle design.
I bow to Adam's influence
“This ain’t what you want”
You got that right
"I've never heard of this character so who cares about him"
this looks like any other 2021-3 superhero movie i dont see the big upset
I think it just released at the wrong time. General audiences are moving away from superhero movies, and this is releasing literally in the middle of the DC revamp/rework or whatever, so Blue Beetle is going to get a very similar reaction as Shazam. Four or so years ago, people would've been pretty content with this.
10:14 MF looks like Amish Ryan Johnson
I kind of get the outrage like it's a little silly but the fact they used that line at the end to punctuate the trailer implies that it's an important thing and may become a driving theme of the movie that pre established beloved character is actually le fascist is not really a film fans would want to see. The line makes no sense if we're talking about Batman as a whole and only kind of makes sense if we're talking about Snyder Batman. When your response to fans critiquing your movie is just "lol gotcha" I can probably predict how the box office sales are gonna look
Thanks Adam you weren’t the hero we asked for but the one we needed.
I can't wait for the blue Beatles arch nemesis Red Scorpion 🦂
Green Arrow called Batman a literal Nazi all the time. IDK what these guys are upset about.
Indeed, I mean from a normal person standpoint this isn't just me spitballing Batman defeats normal people and supervillains but none of the people that harm citizens from like a corporation standpoint all it takes is one person being like I was just trying to provide for my family or I was forced into being underling or some crap like that getting beat up to have a bad opinion on him, I mean how much people call out Spider-Man, Superman they made an entire movie based off of people not liking him, the Flash Wonder Woman, cyborg, the entire X-Men group, for a lot less and way more crazy insults.
they are not true fans they just like to bitch about things
Is this kamen rider
“It’s not even great 4K” will anything make Adam happy?
i wonder what kind of person would hear a joke at the expense of fascists and immediately get offended. i wonder
WHOAAAA DUDEEEEE 4K!
He’s more of less referring to the behind the scene information rather then the trailer itself.
Like what?
@@ethankleinman1067 the director laughing at the fascist comment seems like nothing to you. But to everyone whose paid attention to the creators and writers at DC and Marvel, the majority of the fan base and buyers, have bombarded the readers with politicized propaganda, not politics, propaganda and when the buys don’t like it, they laugh and attack the fans, the monologue the guy makes is not because “Batman is fascist” it’s because this is a symptom of what’s destroying the comic industry and now infecting the Hollywood industry.
Not Superhero fatigue just Bad Writing fatigue.
Is Adam serious about the 4k advert thing? I thought it was a joke but then he just keeps going on about it, the difference between 1/2k and 4k isn't equivilent to the difference between 720p and 1080p, getting so hyped up over diminishing returns seems stupid
I just watched the video where Adum watches the Star Kid trailer, and now this. Pure coincidence. Bizarre.
At what point did he try to cancel the movie?
No Adum, a scarab = a beetle
The outrage culture bit was so funny, cause he's constantly talking about 4k not being the standard, when it isn't yet😂
Lots of people make fun of Adam for criticising the lack of 4k trailers but we all know he's completely right.
Is the person Adam reacted to real?…He looks so…computer generated to me. I thought he had an avatar or something
Oh, he's real. He got big crying about tlou part 2.
Ahh you aren’t privacy to THAT part of RUclipsrs, simply known as fandom menace aka the anti sjw, anti woke nerds who fight a never ending battle against Disney, woke marvel and DC,woke Star Wars etc etc
I swear, I cannot care about something the moment the protag goes "Woah, I'm flying/in space/cool/awesome" or whatever. Forsworn was the last drop in that bucket. Secondly, whenever a villain says "You care about [x] and therefore you are weak!" I don't care about them. Write a new character, come on.
Also, simply watching the trailer makes me feel like I already watched the whole thing.
So is the opening gonna be the last time he loses his shit over aspect ratio?
Never
I don't get it, is it beetleborgs?
Holy shit get over the 4k trailers. Youve made your point multiple times in multiple videos. I usually like your content, but damn.
Thank you, someone who gets it! Blue Beetle is my favorite DC hero. I’d hate to see cancel culture ruin my favorite hero over a line a character said.
lining up for Blue Ballsack
This new Spiderman is looking weird.
WOOOOOO more nanotechnology baby that's what the super hero franchise needed
