Got a 327 in a 70 nova my grandma left me,switch to vortec heads from fresh 2.02 camel humps and holy hell,it's got to be at least 20 or so h.p. gain , it ran 14.37 e.t. now it runs 13.29 shifting with inline mr gasket shifter and m-20 muncie 355: 1 gear ratio, white performance vortec single plane intake 600 holley 292 comp magnum cam 244 duration 501 lift 525 lift springs pinned studs ground valve bosses, the guy said vortec heads they love to crack

I used one of those ho350's in a customers 68 camaro, it ran good for 330 hp. The stock vortecs are around 225, i have one of those in my yukon.
Yes I think I'm going to run it in the car again. I found a few issues I think I could pick up a few tenths with it.

That's not bad for 25 year old truck engine.
I'm a little curious as to why your all jacked up over what the Deuce weights ?
I give out the weight so horsepower and how it would run in a different car or truck can be calculated. I Also try to do altitude and weather.
