Legendary stories rule our lives - from childhood fairytales to iconic legacies and cultural myths, the science behind our world’s most legendary stories reveals the deep physiological patterns that determine how we tell the stories of our lives. Absolutely Tihane people need to stop underestimating how powerful music is!! Our sub-conscious soaks up absolutely everything, be very careful what you expose it to. I won't even listen to a song if it has negative lyrics in it.
Just enjoy the experiences and be the best you can be for those around you. There's no shame in a simple, quiet life.

Well this resonated 😅 I had to unpack a lot of childhood events that I now understand did a number on my wiring and are referred to as the T word. It was in group therapy that I really managed to figure out how to respond to the stimuli around me without going into a fit of rage... It was through this resonance she speaks of that I really started to feel a shift in how I perceived the world.

Wow, that really *is* an impossible choice. This thoughtful story moved me, and it's handed over some slow and subtle fuel to start freeing new stories of my own. The outbreak of singing in the middle of the tale gave me goosebumps.

i feel so protected by TED's flagging that this falls outside their guidelines. I couldn't possibly watch something and come to my own conclusions about how/if to apply it to my own life/health. Thank you for making Science the One and True God that it is and should be; nothing that falls outside the parameters of hard scientific evidence should be given merit.
For me, this really ties in to maintaining a differing perspective. There are so many little things you may be missing about your own narrative if you're just keeping your focus and vision narrow yano?
It's really interesting to hear that's what her doctor prescribed. Everyone knows the music you listen to has an impact on your mood but I had no idea it could be this severe.
It was truly life changing for me to find out too :) The more I've learned about all the science behind sound's ability to influence our lives, I've become an even bigger fan of the power of music

I wasn't familiar with "Good Morning Heartache" by Billie Holiday and after listening to it I'm not sure why you would chose to listen to it every day.
I believe everyone lives a legendary life because we are ALL unique like snowflakes and finger prints.
