I find the single dumbbell behind head works better for me using apposite Arm wrapped around head with fingers lightly on tri as a balancing, or vertical stance centering effort, only.

Rahul Wani for size gains you use lighter weight and more reps(somewhere between 12 and 20)
Just use a heavy weight (being relative) for as 8-12 and pyramid up from high reps to low and low to high in terms of weight

what you see in the beginning is 'the Skull crushers' .......close grip bench press is a nice compound exercise, don't understand why he left it out , may be just because he did 'dips'
