Great food and wonderful staff and great customers. Also, I have to give massive credit to the waitresses. The skill it takes to carry trays of food like that and kneel to deliver said food, without spilling anything, is amazing👍
Japanese cleanliness is LEGENDARY. I love how systematic everyone was in the small kitchen.
At the start, there was flour everywhere and at 3:20 the kitchen floor was disgusting and coated with flour. 12:45 I didn't particularly like where he stepped on the dough to flatten them. Yike!
