- Police are investigating after four people were shot at a mall off Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta.
Officers are working to determine what happened. The incident at 235 Peachtree Street is still under investigation, and police are asking the public to avoid the area.
Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens said that it happened in the Peachtree Center mall’s food court. He went on to say that the building is on lockdown.

🎯💯 I literally lived 5 minutes away from there. That's right by the CVS. I used to live in Peachtree Towers at 300 Peachtree street. I just moved a couple of days ago. So glad I'm gone! I needed to move to a place where if I call the police, I know for a fact they're coming, I won't be on hold for 10 to 15 minutes before someone picks up, and if they are coming, it won't be 30 to 45 minutes later even though I'm downtown. 🙄🙄
