Witness claims he saw shooter in an argument before pulling gun and opening fire

A witness told 11Alive's Molly Oak he saw the Peachtree Center shooter angry and in an argument before pulling out a weapon and firing shots.

Pulling the tape because it’s routine. Case closed .. I’m sure the city spends tons of money on that crime scene tape. 💯
