The tippman m4-22 is a great training tool and way cheaper than spending thousands of dollars on 556 ammo. Iv got almost 3000 rds through mine. I put a monstrum 3x prism on it and have taken it out to 200 yards with no problem, it will make steel ring all day long. Iv been running the tippman with a taurus tx 22 compact. If you want to train for cheap, still get trigger time and get those reps in then it's your best bet.
