10/10 commentary, I mostly have IWC in my collection. Almost never get comments on my watches unless its a real watch nerd that knows what im wearing and I love it.
I love IWC as well. Why don't they get reviews and appraise like the other brands? Almost never someone reviews an IWC. Honest question. The portuguisier is my dream watch
I love how you talk about switching watches all the time… sometimes wearing a watch for ten minutes at home… I totally do that. I wear them for me… I appreciate your anti-hype stance, brother!
I totally agree. This hobby should always be about buy what you like and buy what you can afford. If we all liked the same things it would be boring. It's great we have social media but sometimes it can ruin the hobby with all the hype stuff. I'm more impressed with a collector that has a variety of different brands and not a collector that follows the hype train.
Loved this. I actually went into a newly opened watch boutique here in Vegas (I'll omit the name) not long ago and the young salesman shared with me that his first and only watch was a Rolex Submariner, and that he kinda regretted not experiencing less expensive watches first. I'm glad I took the opposite path. I've bought and sold a lot of inexpensive watches the last few years and its really helped me develop my sense of what I like and what I'm looking for in a watch. I'm just now breaking into luxury brands and feeling good about my purchases. Anyway, thanks for the videos.

Great video with some very sound advice. My rule of thumb for watch collecting is, if you're paying over retail you're buying the hype. I try to make if a point to wear everyone on my watches equally, spread the love. As usual your channel is the true collectors channel. No BS, no pumping and no selling...... Just keeping it real. Thanks T
True but that only applies to watches still in production. I did buy a discontinued 16570 Explorer II Polar way above its last known retail price but that's cos you just wouldn't be able to find one new at retail anymore. But for a current model ceramic Pepsi GMT, no way in hell I would pay 2x retail for that watch in the grey market although I'm aware I'm probably not gonna get one at retail from the AD.
Another great video Tony, and a very heartfelt, honest view into the hobby. Without social media there would be a whole lot less hype and interest around many of these hype watches. It’s a very important message, especially at these prices, not to get persuaded into any one direction especially considering how many of these influencers own or work for a watch/jewelry company. Great video and the quality from the new gear is looking great.
Wanted a zenith chronomaster 7 yrs ago. Got talked into a speedy instead by my ad because it was "iconic". Worn it for 2 months and just sat in the box. Same with any of the omegas I bought. Finally followed my heart and got my zenith and I just love wearing it.
Another awesome video, and one that convinced me to subscribe to a channel for the first time in my life. I find your videos and topics around watches really different, because it’s not hype or some kind of marketing angle like most of the other watch channels push. It’s just a dude talking about watches, imagine that, lol. I 100% agree, and I’d even say this concept extends beyond watches and can be applied to a lot of life. Once you are able to let go of “buying the hype”, I think life becomes much more enjoyable and less stressful. Marketing nowadays is incredible thanks to the combination of social media, psychology, and ai/computers, and the people pushing an angle are always the ones who come out on top. If you’re buying the hype and getting what everyone else says you need, which is in turn what everyone else has, are you really buying something that special and unique? I see the same type of stuff pushed on channels around my other hobbies- “buy hype item X and you will be happy”…eventually you see through that and realize that’s not how it works. My favorite watch videos are “this is the ONLY watch you’ll ever need in your collection!!!!” Lol, that cracks me up. If you’re into the hobby, you’re going to seek stuff out, not be one and done. With respect to watches, I guess I’m lucky in that I spend months researching things and really know what I want, and I can honestly say I don’t regret a single watch purchase, granted I’ve not been into the hobby super long and have about 6 watch purchases under my belt. I kind of jumped in both feet first and bought a seamaster as my first watch; but I also knew I would love it and as of today, I’d still say that’s the one watch I’d keep if I could only have one. I do want a submariner (not the date version) at some point, as well as a gmt master ii, but that’s because I think the sub is an iconic and classy diver, and I like some of the james bond, steve mcqueen, etc. connections to it. The gmt master ii, I like from an aesthetic standpoint, plus I don’t have a gmt in my collection, and I like the pan am tie in. That’s really it for my Rolex “wants”. Everything else is Grand Seiko, Glashutte, and Cartier. In fact I think my watch this year may be a white dial medium santos; I looked at one a few weeks ago along with a large dial and have been sleeping on it and surprisingly, think I prefer the medium. I’m ready to embrace the scratch magnet lol. I own a two tone fluted motif yellow gold DJ41 I picked up last year after waiting months , and like you said, a ton of people online say that’s an old man and starter watch. I love it though and it signifies the weekend for me, plus it’s discontinued now and I’ve never seen another fluted dial. Like you, a lot of the time I find myself wearing my Tudor or an Omega, I’m not really a flashy guy and when I do wear the DJ, it’s usually way dressed down and people either don’t notice or probably think it’s fake. Fine with me lol. Also yes, the notion that even a $1k watch is inferior, starter, etc. is crazy. It’s all a ton of money to be spent on a luxury no one “needs”, and to be at a point in your life where you can do so is a huge accomplishment and something to be extremely thankful for. I never thought I’d be here and yet here I am, and every day I’m just so happy and thankful for being able to enjoy this hobby and be happy with my choices and timepieces, and meet some interesting people along the way. In a world filled with noise, information overload, and a push for excess, it’s nice to have an old-school hobby and be able to take a deep breath and talk to people normally about watches without the hype. I once heard the quote, and I think it’s great and fits the video “the watch doesn’t make the man, the man makes the watch”. Have a nice rest of your weekend!
Dude I totally agree with everything said in this video. I’ve felt I needed to get a more expensive sort after watch because of RUclipsrs saying “entry level”. I have the same 36mm green OP as you and was told it was entry level by someone in the street, to which I replied it’s MY level and what I’m comfortable with. I love it and truthfully have no desire for a more expensive piece. Thanks for keeping it real Tony!

Thanks man! I actually have a lot of very high end expensive mic’s I use for recording. I don’t want to have a mic stand etc for when I do RUclips. I appreciate your input 100%. Indy was awesome. Hope you enjoyed it.
I believe the saying is “GETTING things is a lot more fun than HAVING things” Also you have single-handedly turned me on to the Cartier pasha. Always thought the design was kind of weird but it looks awesome on you
Thank you Tony for the great perspective. I think it is a tight balance for the transition to go from entry level watches to luxury expensive. I myself think that I stayed with inexpensive watches for way too long and most of them are either lost or not working properly. I wish I would had bought expensive watches sooner that I could experience and that can endure the test of time to pass to the next generation. My advice to the youngest generation is to get some few watches that are easy to afford and if the passion stays for more than 5 years to transition to luxury as money permits rather than accumulating lots of inexpensive watches you don’t care for decades later.
Amen, brother Tony! This is the best watch advice ever given on RUclips. I agree 100% with everything you said. Love the Wimbledon. My 2 most worn watches are my 36mm Explorer and my 36mm green dial OP. They are both extremely comfortable to wear all day, very durable and robust, classy and sporty and both consistently run +/- 0 sec/day. They both bring me great joy when on my wrist. I prefer the elegant curves and comfort of the 36mm oyster case to the larger , slab sided professional model cases. Cheers!
Excellent video Tony! I went down a rabbit hole starting 5 years ago just acquiring all the hype pieces and even just other pieces I didn’t really want or I didn’t know I didn’t want them at the time. Over the last 6 months I’ve sold off close to 20 pieces and I’ve kept what I really want and will only buy what I really want from here on out. I was watching videos and just buying watches like crazy. This is great advice you give. I am going to go see a pasha soon I’ve become pretty interested in that piece
I started with a Rolex Date on an Oyster Bracelet years ago and ended up with a Seiko Lord Marvel on a Leather Strap from the 1970s which is my favorite watch today. So I really can say for me it´s not about the money, it´s about how a watch speaks to you and how comfortable it wears day in day out.
Great video Tony. You are spot on. I’ve bought and sold lots of watches - mostly lost money - but I now know what I like and I have no regrets. Most important thing is to love watches at all levels and to work out what really makes you happy when you look down at your wrist.
Hey Tony, great, honest video. You are nobody's tool! I look forward to your videos and perspective. I may not always see exactly eye to eye and I appreciate it. I have appreciated watches since inheriting my grandfather's pocket watch in the early 70's. You are so right about getting the watch that you like. I am at a point in life now that I have a nice collection, but I enjoyed every watch along the way. Even though I have some hype watches my most worn, day to day is my Tudor Marine National FXD. It flies under the radar and you can forget it's on the wrist as it weighs nothing. Whenever I am in a comfortable environment I always make a point to say "nice watch" to someone I see wearing most anything other than a smart watch. Cheers.
Happy Sunday Tony! Solid solid solid advice about the hype pieces; so true. I always tell people in general buy what you like not what everyone else wants. My first Rolex was a Milgauss, im sure I am one of the few in this category most people get a datejust or Sub. I like that we got 3 videos this week. Keep the great content coming!
I recently had the realization that I shouldnt chase popular watches. So now im like a month into heavily researching what my second watch will be. 1st was a Green dial Aqua Terra and its sick! thinking rose gold/maybe chronograph so the hunt is on
Spot on. The entry level thing is the shittiest, most condescending thing in the watch industry. They’ll say it about every model too. A ss Daytona is “entry”. Its so douchie
The hype watch thing is funny. I have an OP and Batman too, and I often question myself if it's hype (even though its not). I have always bought what I wanted (not talking about watches). Sometimes they are niche things (that are hard to get), sometimes they are 'following fashion' things (that are easy to get). To me I love them equally (and much prefer things that are easier to get) but the haters will accuse me of all sorts haha. The haters choose the weapon that hurts them though, so I weld it appropriately haha.
Tony, I saw an old video of yours from about two years ago. You had just purchased an omega seamaster 300 on a rubber strap. What are your thoughts on that watch? Thank you, Ben
I'd love a batgirl but just can't bear the hassle or cost of getting one these days. I'll stick with the Explorer 1 as my only rolex for now. In the mean time I've gone with Zenith/JLC over the past few years and have been very satisfied.
I couldn’t agree more, the time with the cheeper watches is vital, you learn a lot about what you like, proportions, ect. Plus, I still love a damn Seiko!
I buy what I want! Finding the right AD is the first step, the right sales associate is the second. I was undecided on the Batman and rootbeer (two tone) had the choice between the two but fell in love with rootbeer once seeing it in person! SA hooked me up with major merch because I passed on the Batman. He said people don’t pass on it, but I wanted something different because I already had a polished center link oyster bracelet piece
I would never buy that Cartier, but I would LOVE to do a little “wrist swap” over coffee and chat about different tastes and what makes watches so fun. That’s what watch collecting felt like to me before social media started steering the ship.
I was offered a Rolex Datejust with Jubilee & flutted mint green. Picking it up tomorrow but anxiouty anxiety for spending such a big amount is killing me. Any advice if this is even worth it? I am freaking out and scared I will get buyers remorse.
I can add this to the Q&A. But, if you’re picking it up tomorrow then I would maybe suggest that if it’s stressing you out that much maybe hold off. No watch is worth stressing over. You won’t enjoy it and all you will think about is the money. Or you can buy it knowing that if later on you want to sell it you won’t lose an arm and a leg on it. They still hold value. You probably won’t get all of your money back, but you won’t lose everything.
I bought a Wimbledon 41mm with smooth bezel and oyster bracelet because I like it this way, I knew I could wear it everyday go anywhere and still under the radar. It bothers me sometimes when I see people say “Fluted and Jubilee is the only config you should get”. It’s a very nice config but it’s just not my cup of tea.
I was called to pick up a steel Rolex Wimbledon 41 mm fluted/jubliee a week or two after you got yours. It’s my first date just and I like it a lot. The only thing is the dial is not very legible on certain lights. I don’t know if it’s the sun ray making it difficult to read or the color contrast. How’s your experience been so far?
Sound advice Tony, when you spend thousands on a watch it needs to be something for you to enjoy and not for others to enjoy. Sometimes finding that unusual piece that isn't well known can be more of a pleasure.
Brilliant video Tony. So many people on the RUclips train need to watch this video. Unfortunately not all humans have the same depth rating though 😂 I always watch your videos, thanks for your thoughts and efforts that goes into making them.
It's important to spend less time chasing material things and focus on forming experiences instead. Material things have novelty and temporary fulfillment, experiences are moments you'll remember forever. Get whatever watch you want, then spend the rest of your money traveling, spending time with friends/ family, doing things you love. Great video, Tony!
Haven’t been in the game as long as Tony, but still much longer than most. To me, best brand for those just starting is Longines. Beautiful pieces; tons of sizes and styles; storied brand; won’t cost you an arm&leg (useful if you ultimately decide that watches aren’t for you); and…if it was good enough for Humphrey Bogart, it’s good enough for you.
- “you’ll out grow a DateJust.” I say beware of people’s opinions that stand to make money off you. The DJ has always been my favorite Rolex even back when I was a little kid and saw that design on the wrists of men in my childhood.
Sorry Tony, I only buy hyped watches. I want to impress everyone love all the attention.😂😂😂. My first watch was a Citizen Eco Drive. 20+years later, I have collection of at least 18 watches from Rolex,Breitling, Tudor, Omega, Perrelet, Maurice Lacroix and Frederique Contstant. Always purchased what I liked not to try impress Joe Shmoe.😂
I'll watch later but leaving a comment and a like to show support. We all need to support the smaller channels. Likes and comments are free guys. Thanks for the content Tony !
I agree, its important to appreciate all watches at different price points and find what you like and actually wear. I love my first hamitton as much as my first ROLEX.
Tony it seems to me that most Rolex watch models are hype model these days. Because customers cannot get the model they want because they don’t have the spend history. Or the wait list is too long. So they end up buying a different Rolex model like the Air King, or a date just model which they still have to wait for. By the way Tony since watching your channel over time, I started calling every one Dude🤣. Now it’s a bit odd for an English men calling yea dude hay dude. I don’t even surf dude 👆👍. Thank Tony Dude.

I don't buy luxury watches. Your videos give me ideas and shape my opinion on what to buy later. Buying luxury hype watches is way above my pay grade. Who is buying those solid gold Rolex watches now anyways? They wont even let me in the boutique.
hey tony, you are right about so much. i also started relatively high, but not because i wanted a rolex directly, because i simply realized that the tag heuer Aquaracer was a purchase, because of the money, actually i wanted the sub and was not patient to save any more. I now also own Rolex watches and I would like the 36m Explorer 1. everyone says it's too small, better get a sub. You should buy what you like. Best regards from Germany
Thanks man. I have nothing against Invicta, just the people that hate luxury watches that are Invicta snobs. There used to be an invicta show on a home shopping channel here. You would think they were selling Patek etc. 😂😂
@@talkingtimepieceswithtony I love an Invicta show hahaha. Any shopping channel watch special is good, but Invicta is my favourite. There was an ervine/irvine (?) shopping channel one on here a while back, but I cannot seem to find any now. I think Invicta fans (like me) are half mental/half enthusiasts. I have two Hydromax's as desk clocks/ornaments, but there are some Invicta that should be taken seriously at the budget with end of the hobby IMO.
@@talkingtimepieceswithtony you did, lol - it’s also said without saying it with the ownership of our other high end lesser in the spotlight watches too I can say for myself I actually own 7 watches.. 3 of which are high end hype but I do indeed love them the most 😂
Tony just saying the old mike was better, not having a go just saying, and I agree with watches you have to walk before you can run, all the best from the UK
Great advice Tony! The demand for any luxury products increased during and after COVID and it's sad cuz the shopping experience is so much different now than before. A lot feels FOMO and bought watches just because and I do feel for those people that are really watch enthusiasts cuz a lot of them until now have been waiting for their time to acquire one from their AD. BTW, I think haven't mentioned to you, we went to Vegas last month and Javi's loving the attention he gets from his "Tiffany watch" and tells everyone that its from his mom's RUclipsr friend 😂
I wear a Daniel Mink chronograph when I’m working it’s around 20years old has scratches don’t care if it gets more. When I’m not a normally wear my 111660 deepsea or I have a deepblue 10year anniversary 1000m chronograph I wear it quite a bit Occasionally I’ll wear my 116600 sea dweller. I need to get a datejust or something along that lines just because everything I have is a diver or a chronograph.
I just got a New Rolex Explorer II black dial (which I think blows the white dial out of the water) It was my #1 pick and I passed up a Sub 2 Tone Bluesy which I got a call for 3 weeks prior. Few quick points on my a Rolex Experience: 1) go see them in person. I think some of the hype watches look so meh when you see them in the AD. 2). The hype watches of today might not be the hype watches of 2027. I think the Covid bug is fading and the demand for the Daytona and GMT Masters are backing off. Especially the precious metal. Tough economic times and zero flipper margin = a massive drop in demand. 3). Be patient. You’ll be able to buy two tones, and non hype Rolex with a small wait period. The grey market is getting desperate for clout and it’s starting to show. Love your watch takes and in the grand scheme of things … buy what you like. And stay the hell away from pre certified over priced Rolex’s. If an AD is trying to push over priced pre certified, find another AD. Thanks Tony
@@talkingtimepieceswithtony you buy one don’t end up liking it just stick it in a draw or give it away. If fake Rolex watches did not have ROLEX on them I’d buy a fake. Or if Rolexhad less expensive quartz versions.

Thank you. I used to not like the Pasha, then it really started growing on me. Now it’s one of my favorites. 🤙🤙
Thank you man. And, better late than never! 🤙🤙😊😊
Great video and humour explaining some key points! Keep up the good work! “That’s a green OP and not sought after” 😂
Thanks man! I appreciate it! 🤙🤙😊
Cheers!
Thank you man! I appreciate it! Rolex OP is probably my most comfortable watch. 🤙🤙
Thank you! Good luck with the Pasha. Hope it works for you. 😊🤙🤙
Hi Tony. Gratz on 4k subs!
Thank you. 😊😊🤙🤙
Cool. I agree.
Great video Tony. You are spot on. I’ve bought and sold lots of watches - mostly lost money - but I now know what I like and I have no regrets. Most important thing is to love watches at all levels and to work out what really makes you happy when you look down at your wrist.
Thank you. 🙏🏻
Nice video, i just got a 41 op celbration from the ad, i wonder how rare it is
Thanks man. Enjoy it. 🤙🤙
Cheers.
Thanks man. I appreciate it. Enjoy your watches. 🤙🤙
Happy birthday my friend! 🎉 I hope you know how important you are to so many people who adore you. Cheers! 🍻
Thanks man! Happy Birthday to you as well! 😊😊🤙🤙
Thanks for your insight. Happy Memorial Day.
Happy Memorial Day!
Tony, telling it like is. Straightforward & honest. Wishing all a happy Memorial Day! ✌🏻
Thanks! Happy Memorial Day!
Thanks man! Have a great weekend! 🤙🤙
I recently had the realization that I shouldnt chase popular watches. So now im like a month into heavily researching what my second watch will be.
1st was a Green dial Aqua Terra and its sick! thinking rose gold/maybe chronograph so the hunt is on
Awesome man! Best of luck!
Very good advice that makes alot of sense IMHO! No BS and speak the truth from the heart.
🤙🤙
Keep up the good info. I’m learning a lot thanks 🙏🏻
Thanks man. 🤙🤙
Great taste in watches! That Zenith is solid brother!
Thanks man! 🤙🤙
Tony, you consistently just make the most sense of all the watch Tubers… THANK YOU for being the voice of reason!!
Thank you man! I really appreciate it! 🤙🤙
Spot on. The entry level thing is the shittiest, most condescending thing in the watch industry. They’ll say it about every model too. A ss Daytona is “entry”. Its so douchie
🤙🤙
Wow Tony that was some GOOD advice. (I've been into watches since mid 90's when I could finally afford something other than a Seiko)
Thanks man! 🤙🤙
That’s awesome man! I agree 💯
Best words of wisdom I’ve heard about watch buying in a long time. Nice video, Tony.
Thank you man, I appreciate it. 🤙🤙
Tony, I saw an old video of yours from about two years ago. You had just purchased an omega seamaster 300 on a rubber strap. What are your thoughts on that watch? Thank you, Ben
Love it. It’s a great watch. 🤙🤙
36 mm datejust is pure class
Thank you. Agreed.
I'd love a batgirl but just can't bear the hassle or cost of getting one these days. I'll stick with the Explorer 1 as my only rolex for now. In the mean time I've gone with Zenith/JLC over the past few years and have been very satisfied.
Good choices! 🤙🤙
I couldn’t agree more, the time with the cheeper watches is vital, you learn a lot about what you like, proportions, ect. Plus, I still love a damn Seiko!
Thanks man. 🤙🤙
Cool. 🤙🤙
Do you think watches should be limited to 1-2% of someone’s net worth?
It’s all up to you. What makes you comfortable.
I would never buy that Cartier, but I would LOVE to do a little “wrist swap” over coffee and chat about different tastes and what makes watches so fun. That’s what watch collecting felt like to me before social media started steering the ship.
🤙🤙
Good video man, gotta buy the watches you actually like and not buy into the hype
Thanks. 🤙🤙
Another great video Tony! How was the upload speed with the new phone?
Thanks man. Upload speeds are horrible. It may be RUclips. But at least I have more storage and can import my vids now. 🤙🤙😊😊
Dude, that’s a beautiful watch as it is. You bought what you like. That’s the most important thing. Enjoy and wear in good health.
Cool. I’ll add to the Q&Q
@@talkingtimepieceswithtony great 👍
@@bowfell it was about two months. This was my third Rolex watch from this ad.
@@bowfell Those are nice too and very different. Hope you get the call soon.
Sound advice Tony, when you spend thousands on a watch it needs to be something for you to enjoy and not for others to enjoy. Sometimes finding that unusual piece that isn't well known can be more of a pleasure.
Thank you man. And, I agree 100%.
This is great, unvarnished advice 👍.
My two cents… don’t chase. Buy what you can afford, then enjoy what you have.
Thank you! And, agreed. 😊🤙
Brilliant video Tony. So many people on the RUclips train need to watch this video. Unfortunately not all humans have the same depth rating though 😂
I always watch your videos, thanks for your thoughts and efforts that goes into making them.
Thank you! I appreciate it. 😊🤙🤙
I’m fortunate to have several iconic watches and honestly my favorite watch is the 2023 62 MAS recreation. You’re spot on, but what YOU like.
Thank you! 🤙🤙
Thanks man. 🤙🤙
🤙🤙 yes. I agree about Longines.
I'm surprised you weren't happy with your Breitling Top Time. They're really cool watches. Which one did you have?
I had the Triumph Ice blue. Yeah, weird how that works. 😂🤙🤙
- “you’ll out grow a DateJust.” I say beware of people’s opinions that stand to make money off you. The DJ has always been my favorite Rolex even back when I was a little kid and saw that design on the wrists of men in my childhood.
Agreed! 🤙🤙
That’s awesome man. But, you should stick with the hype. 😂😂😂. Glad you buy what you love. 😊🤙🤙
Congratulations for your high quality content by the way!
Thank you. 🤙🤙
Tony, thanks for all your videos. I find them very helpful. Keep up the good work thanks again.
Thank you man! 🤙🤙
I’m still debating whether I should get the iwc mark 20 or zenith pilot.
Best of luck in your choice.
I'll watch later but leaving a comment and a like to show support. We all need to support the smaller channels. Likes and comments are free guys. Thanks for the content Tony !
Thanks man. I appreciate that. 🤙🤙
I agree, its important to appreciate all watches at different price points and find what you like and actually wear. I love my first hamitton as much as my first ROLEX.
Awesome. 🤙🤙
PS agree with you with respects to wired Vs wireless when it comes to music !
Definitely! 🤙🤙
Great job, Tony.
Very enjoyable.
Thanks man.
Never had a watch but i still want a rolex, not wasting on cheap watch
🤙
Tony it seems to me that most Rolex watch models are hype model these days. Because customers cannot get the model they want because they don’t have the spend history. Or the wait list is too long. So they end up buying a different Rolex model like the Air King, or a date just model which they still have to wait for. By the way Tony since watching your channel over time, I started calling every one Dude🤣. Now it’s a bit odd for an English men calling yea dude hay dude. I don’t even surf dude 👆👍. Thank Tony Dude.
Right on Dude! 😂🤙🤙
Damn right Tony!

I don't buy luxury watches. Your videos give me ideas and shape my opinion on what to buy later. Buying luxury hype watches is way above my pay grade. Who is buying those solid gold Rolex watches now anyways? They wont even let me in the boutique.
Awesome. Thank you! 🤙🤙
I agree with you thanks for your honest opinion myself I have two Rolex not expensive and the rest are G-Shocks lots of them
Awesome! And, thank you. 🤙🤙

hey tony,
you are right about so much. i also started relatively high, but not because i wanted a rolex directly, because i simply realized that the tag heuer Aquaracer was a purchase, because of the money, actually i wanted the sub and was not patient to save any more. I now also own Rolex watches and I would like the 36m Explorer 1. everyone says it's too small, better get a sub.
You should buy what you like.
Best regards from Germany
Thank you man. And enjoy your watches. 😊🤙🤙
Keep it up Tony, the 'big boys' are falling like flies and genuine watch guys need re educating with some reality.
Bit upset you abuse Invicta 😂😉😂
Agreed on CRM. I spoke to them once and you can tell they don’t give a rat’s ass about buyers and sellers.
Always seems to be the case when you watch a social media vid and then meet them in person.
Love the videos but I have to point out your 3 Rolex are all hype. Bat, Wimbledon , and green.
Yeah, but my point was. I love Rolex and not because they are hype. There is a difference. I thought I explained that fairly clearly.
@@talkingtimepieceswithtony you did, lol - it’s also said without saying it with the ownership of our other high end lesser in the spotlight watches too
I can say for myself I actually own 7 watches.. 3 of which are high end hype but I do indeed love them the most 😂
I always say “buy what you like”. “Don’t buy hype just buy what you like”! 🤷🏼♂️🙏
Sound advice.🤙🤙
Tony just saying the old mike was better, not having a go just saying, and I agree with watches you have to walk before you can run, all the best from the UK
Thanks man. I agree. The wireless mics kinda suck. 😂
@@talkingtimepieceswithtony no worries tony I'd still listen anyway 👍
Great advice Tony! The demand for any luxury products increased during and after COVID and it's sad cuz the shopping experience is so much different now than before. A lot feels FOMO and bought watches just because and I do feel for those people that are really watch enthusiasts cuz a lot of them until now have been waiting for their time to acquire one from their AD.
BTW, I think haven't mentioned to you, we went to Vegas last month and Javi's loving the attention he gets from his "Tiffany watch" and tells everyone that its from his mom's RUclipsr friend 😂
Hey Pamie! I agree. And thanks for your comment. Glad Javi likes his watch! 😊😊🤙🤙
Great info thank you Tony
Thank you.
Awesome. Enjoy. 🤙🤙
Is omega worth the cost as a brand ?
Depends what model. For the most part yes. Omega make great watches.

🤷
You don’t like Rolex on oyster flex, because you don’t own one? 😊
I don’t like the look.
Hype watch😂. The exact same old boring Rolexes u hv been flashing 🤧
Yet you still watched the video.
I just got a New Rolex Explorer II black dial (which I think blows the white dial out of the water) It was my #1 pick and I passed up a Sub 2 Tone Bluesy which I got a call for 3 weeks prior. Few quick points on my a Rolex Experience:
1) go see them in person.
Thanks Tony
Hey man. Thank you for your comment. 🤙🤙
buy less expensive watches only.
Why?
@@talkingtimepieceswithtony you buy one don’t end up liking it just stick it in a draw or give it away. If fake Rolex watches did not have ROLEX on them I’d buy a fake. Or if Rolexhad less expensive quartz versions.
