Now that youy have answered this for me in the shipping classes section of youyr tutorial, I can press on with displaying my items however I want them, safely in the knowledge that there is a shipping rule for everything I want to do.

I noticed most plugins only have countries and states and then zip codes as shipping zones. can I set up areas in Lagos as zones without using zip codes?

Only just found this! Thank you so much! Also used to live in Cardiff whilst at Uni, so pleased to hear that Welsh Twang! Quick question: I have 3 products with a £1.29 UK Large letter size cost. I have 4 products with £3.85 UK small parcel up to 2KG cost. However, I'm not sure how to make the shipping default to £3.85, if 1 of each product is in the basket, as both will go in 1 parcel. This is not a percentage or item based cost equation. Many thanks in advance for your help - happy to email and pay for your help too. Neela.

For example, the product price is 5$ and shipping is 2$ and if the customer wants to buy one more same product the total price should be 14$ in my system but I could not do that.

And I already know the technique of adding the flat rate cost to the product item itself. But I’m still kind of confused about how to execute that and still make a profit.
