You're the man! Between this video and "Shipping in Three Simple Steps" I've got my shipping all sorted out now. Thanks so much! Your videos as so easy to follow and clear, they're a true delight to follow along with. Cheers!
Thank you once again - nice, easy to follow, and solved my questions, all at the same time. Great to see yet another awesome tut.

I LOVE YOU! oh my goodness I have been pulling my hair out for weeks!!!!!!! Advanced Flat Rate would not work for me. I have sat on the phone with techs 7 days in a row. Deleted advanced flat rate - started searching & found you!! YOU are SO easy to follow step by step not at all confusing. And ta da I got exactly what I was looking for! multiple options on my carts total orders, free shipping at a certain price etc. I am up and running & no longer losing money on shipping. Cheers Mate from a Britt in Boston Mass USA
This is exactly what I need. Thank you!
Thank you! Great recommendation, saved my client a hefty amount.
Literally the best video I've found. Thank you so much. This was so helpful!
Brilliant video, I have only just begun building a website for my shop with no experience, I had this all set up within 5 minutes and working perfectly. thank you :)
Exactly what I need to know. Spot on, as always Paul !
Well explained! Thank you!
This really helped. Thank You so much.
This video saved me! Thank you!
Excited to see a vedio on this subject.
Thanks very much. You made it easy to understand
Thank you for this great tutorial!
Thank you so much. This worked well!!
Thank you for this video, it's been a big help.
ALL of your videos on woocommerce shipping I just....I just gobble them up. So confusing for me and my clients but I will definitely give this plugin a go!
WooCommerce shipping is one of those areas that have so many possible combinations that it's mind boggling. While this freebie doesn't cover every base, it certainly helps to have it in your back pocket for those times where you need a table based shipping solution.
Thank you Paul... This helped me figure out another aspect of shipping that I was getting frustrated with.... Just frustrated that I need to keep adding plugins in order to accomplish my vision!
Unfortunately, it's the blessing and the curse of using WordPress.
thank you very clear explanation
Hi, thanks.
I hope they can add in the dropdown box an option for product.. meaning different shippings for different products..
Thank you thank you very much for your help!!
Great plug in for WooCommerce. And Free version is a good price. Thanks.
Fantastic video thank you! I was wondering if there's a way to set a max shipping charge when people select different items with various shipping rates attached? Like is there a way to cap it at $30 regardless of what you order? Any advice would be most appreciates, keep up the good work:)
Thank you.. very informative
This is crazy. I watched your earlier videos on shipping today and then downloaded this plug in to try and figure out how to do quantity based shipping and then you upload this video and I think I found my solution..I can set it up by weight now to match the quantity. Amazing! Thank you!
Great to hear it was a pretty timely release. 😉
Great help thanks
I already was able to install the plugin,, but from cpanl (manually)... thank you!
Thank you!
Thank you for the tutorial. It works perfectly. I do run into the following. Customers get a certain discount when purchasing different amounts of products. In doing so, I also give them a signup discount. The transportation cost is dropped at a certain amount. Is it possible to have the transportation cost calculated after the discount is applied? And how do I get that done?
Very good video!
Thanks brother.
Really great tutorial. I'm just struggling to get this working in combination with the "Pick-up" option that WooCommerce offers. I turned that on with costs 0.00 of course. And I setup the rule in flexible shipping to be 5.00 for orders up to 75 and then free. Whenever my basket contains under 75, I can now select either pickup or my flexible order options, but when my basket amount exceeds 75, the option will no longer be there and it defaults to pick-up... Anyone else struggling with this?
Hi there, thank you very helpful vid but I'm still trying to figure how to apply shipping cost for individual products depending on geographical location.
Cheers Pete
Well presented
Thank you for all the shipping videos ...
And I need to know what I should do if:
Firstly, I have 2 kinds of products 1. integration print-on-demand products (which calculates its shipping cost without any interference from my side) 2. my own product that I'll pack and ship myself. How to set my shipping cost like in the video but at the same time don't affect the integrated shipping cost.
Secondly, how can I set the website general setting of selling/shipping destinations? 1. for my product ( to specific one country), 2. the integration products ( which is worldwide)
Thank you
Good video, for all.. the plugin has now new view
Fantastic video, Thanks!! Is there a way to create flat shipping rate for a number of products? ie.1-3 products @ 99, 4-6 products at 200, and 7-20products @ 300?
Thank you
You helped me allot, i only miss one more thing, the option for costumers to pick up products at the store, , if u use flexible u cannot get that option.... please ur advice!
This is a great channel - Thank you! You've helped me become better at building websites. I have a quick one - set up Flexi Shipping which works on Desktop but doesn't calculate on mobile for some reason. The message continues to say 'There are no shipping options available.' - can you help with any past experiences on this?
We need shipping by weight and then by distance. Do you have a video on that?
Tqvm may god bless you.
Good video i'm stuck in providing free shipping in one zone for example the UK gets free shipping and the rest worldwide is a flat rate
Greetings, thanks for your informative video.
I did the same but the Flexible Shipping option doesnt show when i try to add a shipping method..
can anyone help?
hi, please also share good plugin for apparels size chart
Well I am confused now as I have set up a couple of tables up for Royal Mail i.e. Small Parcel (up to 2kg) and Medium Parcel (up to 20kg) with the flexible shipping plugin. The customer buys a small item, they are then presented with sending it via a Small or Medium parcel, so they have 2 choices when it should be just be one. A small parcel has different dimensions than a medium parcel of the same weight, so how can we handle that? Each item does have dimensions added.
Does Pro version allow you to calculate shipping cost as a percentage of price? Say I want to charge 10% shipping as percentage of total order, how is that done?
how to separate the delivery charges by item ?
Do you know how, or if, this works with Dokan Multi-vendor?
Can it be on quantity instead or price as well as set to classes?
Great tutorial. How do we set destinations? The same weight parcel can cost differently to different continents or countries. How do you set that?
did you ever figure it out?
I got an issue with this plugin: everything works well, but in case, >> after having saved the changes in Flexible Shipping plugin, you edit a product and its weight, the new weight is not taken into consideration. This means whenever you change a product you must go and click on save in Flexible Shipping shipping method in order for the new weight to be calculated correctly! Anyone can help please? Or faced this issue before? Thank you very much beforehand!
hi i need some help finding the shipping tab. it's not displayed in settings..
What happens since yesterday no more option in cart. The price doesn’t appear any more
How to setup for shipping class ( difference product ) ?
Hey please I have a problem where I have multiple warehouses and the shipping rates from each of those warehouses is gonna be different
So I wanted to know if there was a way to do that
And also a way to limit ordering of specific products to one specific state
What if your business is located in two different states? (I'm guessing the UK equivalent would be say one shop in London, England and the other in Glasgow, Scotland.) Is there a way to configure that?
can it be shipping by category?
tis can work multivendor?
Hei! Nice video as usual! :)
One question - how can I set up in wordpress using woocommerce 2 shipments methods with different lead-time and price. For example shipping method 1 - standard shipment 12-14 days - price 100Euro and shipping method 2 - express shipment 2-4 days - price 135E. Is just an example basically this is how I want to run it.
Thanks in advance!
Hi! love your tutorials. Just checking do you provide the service of creating a website for client?
Not at the moment I'm afraid Tara. I currently don't have the time to be able to dedicate to client design projects.
i want to charge different shipping amount for different payment methods. like for COD a different amount and for PayPal a different amount. is this possible ?
Always excellent content, but does the plugin work with multi vendor marketplace like WCFM?
To be honest, I haven't tried it with that plugin. I am looking at WCFM at the moment for a possible future tutorial, but not had a huge amount of time to test it all out yet.
Tried this but it's not working. I select the option in the drop down but it doesn't add the method to the zone. Does this work in the US?
i have free shipping set for orders over $75. But i cant figure out how to take away free shipping if a coupon is used. Basically if a sales affiliate uses their discount code i DO NOT want to offer free shipling - Will this plugin deny users of coupons the free shipping?
It's cool that you can add all of these shipping conditions but I don't understand how table rate shipping generates accurate shipping costs.
Hi brother Following your videos its helping alot. I am facing some problem with International Packages
For example 1kg=1000rs
2kg=900rs means 2*900
3kg = 850 means 3*850
For different countries different costs can you please help me how to solve this one
Hello Paul.. the link reads as broken... Cannot install it...
Plugin has bug, Only work with one product checkout only, I tried add different tow products but plugin showing only one product shipping cost only,
Sir. I big time need your help with recommending one of your RUclips videos that explains shipping costs based on weight. BUT this is my problem - I'm all ready set up my shipping costs based on amount spent by customers but we are now gonna start selling items based on weight (KG) as well. Please help 🤯 Regards Graham
Can I use this for multi vendor site & vendors to choose table rate shipping
I am here for the same question
Did you try it?
And by %?
what's the best way of setting up shipping when checkout so customer can choose a shipping option?
I'm checking out this plugin that the video is about (table rate shipping), but it really depends on where you're located and where you're trying to ship to. Woocommerce has official plugins for USPS, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail (U.K.), Australia, etc. These are all separate plugins, but they access the official API. With any one of these plugins installed, your customer can choose the shipping method from a drop-down menu at checkout, and it will calculate shipping rates. Hope this helps. Any other questions, just ask.
How do I set up USPS Priority and Fedex on my Free Flexible Shipping plugin? Thank you.
I'm just now learning about this plugin (shipping table rates), but Woocommerce has official plugins for USPS and FedEx that access the API and will run alongside this plugin.
how about a minimum fee for fixed weight and an additional fee for every excess weight.
ex, the product is 20kg and the minimum fee is $6 for 10kg and an additional $0.25 for the excess kg
shipping = $6 + ($0.25 x 10)
What is someone pays with PayPal instead of Woocommerce. Will those Woocommerce shipping rates still apply?
If someone pays directly and bypasses the WooCommerce store, then no. No charges first shipping would be applied.
Thank you ! excellent .. really saved me from buying other add pro stuff I don't need. Also... loved the tip to slap the downvote button twice ..hahaha
Glad it helped! 👍🏼
It would actually cause less confusion of you used an actual zone instead of calling the zone 'flexible shipping'. At least by calling it a zone, newbies to your page can get a clearer understanding of what you are talking about.
Feel free to call your zones whatever makes the most sense.
This is just a guide to how to set it up and and introduction to the plug-in.
T H A N K Y O U ! ! I was using another table rate plugin and I could not find a way to combine virtual and physical products without having shipping being charged on the total amount. This saved me. Took a moment (really more than a moment) to see that I could add a virtual product with a weight of 0 and then add weights for other products to differentiate between the virtual and physical. The shipping now will not be charged on the virtual product when combined with physical products. I am using tiered shipping based upon the price of the item. 👍😊
Thank you so much brother..!!
