If you’re planning on having an e-commerce website. I think your best option is Shopify. It’s easy to integrate with payment providers and there are themes available to customize your online store. Keep in mind that for e-commerce you have to pay when you receive payments

That depends on what kind of work you do. if you want to show some kind of pictures or videos, then Carrd has cool templates specifically built for that. I'd probably stick with Carrd or Canva. But if you want to show your coding skills then I'd go with either a customized wordpress template or GitHub pages with a website built from scratch... hope that helps ;)

I can see the button on my paid account and on a free account. The only way it doesn't show up is when I'm not logged in

I think it depends on how comfortable you’re with coding (using HTML and CSS). Most of the examples in the video don’t require coding skills. But if you’re comfortable with HTML and CSS I think coding your own website and hosting it on GitHub pages or Netlify is the simplest way to launch your website, specially Netlify. If you’re not comfortable with coding, I really liked Canva. But there’s others I didn’t mention like Ghost. I’d say that all CMS probably use some sort of database (to manage the content). And WordPress makes it really easy if you plan to write a lot (a loooot) of blog posts. If you’re thinking about writing a few posts, then just create each post as a new page on whatever platform you choose and have some navigation menu where you add links to each post as you create them

SEO is a big topic and there’s a few things you can do to improve your ranking on search engines. Some basic things you can do with these platforms, building links, having relevant and meaningful content (text and images), in some cases even adding alternate text to your images. But for the best control over your website (and SEO) having access to the HTML code helps a lot. BTW thanks for the kind words

How about you show us your process from start to finish, the whole process of "Handing off your Wordpress site to a client" Even down to the "Final" configurations of the working site, there you wanted a challenge :) I know it could be to long, but can it be as a few linked video guides? Please.....
