They will ship me all the customer's orders and I’ll ship it back to the customer on a cheaper price and so I don't buying the product myself and they should be allowed them return
What's annoying is, that everyone was fine with shipping until amazon started offering free shipping, and now everyone expects small businesses to offer free shipping as well. :(
We can't deny it. Free shipping is a very tempting offer to customers and a great strategy for making sales though, right? Even though you're a small business, you can certainly still offer this without losing profit. Actually, when done right, you'll end up earning more profit. If you're considering free shipping or just want to see if it's something you can do in the future, take a look at this blog post: (bit.ly/3mdPHbI) and learn how to use free shipping as a strategy to increase sales. If you ever need help with it, let us know!
Amazon prime at the beginning free shipping was not offer to most or all products. But people still bought the Prime Subscription in it's early stages. While the amount of products that offer free shipping was limited, there were enough products that had free shipping. So, people still stuck around as it had save them enough money if they bought more items and it was convenient enough. And eventually Amazon was able to build it's shipping logistics, and the Prime free shipping subscription now offer almost everything free shipping.
Hey, I run a national delivery business by my self near Liverpool. I would love to start working with eCommerce businesses. Trust me when I say you are getting ripped off by transport companies. My overheads are one person a van and an internet connection. Their overheads are an entire office.
Free shipping indeed, when the cost is added into the product xD😂, you guys really believe there is free thing in this world? Profit = growth, do you think people doing business not to make profit? I don’t think so.
Thank you soo much for this video! This really breaks down the shipping process and costs for me as I struggle with understanding this the most in my business. Keep up the great work!
Glad we could help summarize it for you! I always suggest adding shipping costs to your product price so you can offer free shipping. Check out other shipping strategies here: bit.ly/3Vxoe5N. -Rio

Hey guys, please note that the free trial promotion has changed. The free trial period is now for 3 days, after which it will cost only 1$/month for the next 3 months!
I want to offer free shipping in the lower 48 States. However, I’ll need to charge shipping on orders ordered overseas until I can get fulfillment centers in every country I’m selling in. I suppose I’ll need different websites for each country but all tied to my US fulfillment center. I’m excited about all these new challenges.
This was super helpful. I'm just kickstarting my business and am realizing there's a lot to consider. One question- I'm starting a very small capsule collection (150 pieces or so to start), mainly to test interest in my product. Is Shopify, or a similar option, the best "first" course of action or am I too small to start off with Shopify?
Hi, Susan. Some shipping apps or providers can have more favorable rates compared to others. It really depends on your unique situation. If you're able to get better rates through another provide we definitely encourage it! -Rio
I have 4 products that I want to sell as one bundle on amazon. I was wondering how to do this. I need a company that receives all the packages , takes 3 out of the box , and put it in the fourth item box. Than ships to costumer..
I sold my first order, my measurements were correct and the weight was correct, but when I brought my package the PO said I owed .75 because the labels price was wrong. Not a big deal it was 1 item, but what happens when I drop of 20 packages, if they are all off! What am I missing? TY!
Hey, Kristen. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If the shipping costs aren't matching with the post office, then we'd recommend reviewing the weight of your products as well as the default saved package - shopify.link/zgBZ. It's also important to note that there's a small discount when purchasing shipping labels from Shopify so that may also explain the difference - shopify.link/8Pa1. Nevertheless, since we're unable to access your account via RUclips, then we wouldn't be able to say for sure. Feel free to get in touch with us via the Shopify Help Center - shopify.link/D8kd, where we'd be happy to further assist you. Cheers.
What do you think about USP? Does it deliver to all parts of the world? Because I want to ship to all countries without exception, please answer me, and what do you think about Aramex? Do you ship to all parts of the world without exception? +Can you tell me how do I know each company to which country it ships to?
To confirm, is your store operating on Amazon and Etsy, and not on Shopify? If that's the case, each platform may have different ways of configuring international shipping, so you'll need to consult with each platform's support team directly to receive assistance with this matter.

Hi there, Abdulwahab! You may be referring to the ability of a Shopify Partner to create developmental stores, which they would then hand off to their clients: bit.ly/3QyreML. This is not intended for use by merchants to create their own stores, but rather for Partners working on developing stores for their clients. You can check out our video on creating development stores from your Partner account dashboard here: bit.ly/3n2cKHx.
Thank you for clearing up my confusion. I did not take into consideration the strategic move of offering a flat rate shipping. I saw a company that offer $4 flat rate shipping regardless of the number of items purchased. In their marketing, they wrote; "purchase 1 item or 3 items or the entire inventory, still pay $4 flat rate." First I went to all the major shipping companies, and none of them offer such a flat rate at $4. Then I thought that they went through a shipping consolidation company to get the flat rate and pay a subscription. But I didn't realize that the flat rate amount was baked into their price point and the company itself is eating some of the shipping cost. I did not think about this strategy because another company was selling the same exact item for $1-$5 cheaper. But I guess it depend on each company's ability to get the lowest price point even if they sell both the same exact item. One company profit strategy is volume and another is higher profit margin per unit for the same exact item.
