The problem I feel is that if you get too bogged down in the numbers and end up with paralysis by analysis you will never start and the opportunity will be lost.

i didnt watch the video yet but, i think he means that when you're selling anything online most people will have trouble with scalability. scalability often refers to increasing. for example, increasing sales, profit, etc.

How do you find a competitors market share without seeing financials? I never understand how small biz owners are expected to obtain this information if it's it's a private company? One can guess based on perception but what is the point if it's not accurate?
