This balanced focused class was a very good idea, it's one to come back to feel grounded and for me to practice the much-dreaded balance poses. I hope one day I'm able to balance out both sides of the body. Thank you Charlie

Hi Dear Charlie, perfect lesson, tks. Balance sometimes is like our mood, there are times where you are in perfect alignment and times where you loose It and don't keep the right balance. Today I thought that my mood it has been in the middle, I kept the balance on the left and I lost it on the right!! ...laughing I enjoyed myself a lot. a big hug da Laura 🥰
So lovely. Will do it again, on more stable ground. Was on my favourite yoga spot, on a pontoon overlooking river, but a bit wobbly for those balancing poses and only moving water, trees and clouds to try n focus on 😂. Beautiful song at the end too xx

I took some time off yoga to give to my pilates practice. I found this session a good re-entry into yoga, with a perfect amount of time to balance/hold postures. Also liked: Warrior 2 to Half-moon Transitions. It would bee helpful to learn how to prevent wrist strain and pain - mine can get a achey after consecutive days. Especially in sessions with many upward facing postures, plank to chaturanga or many downward inversions.
Thank you Charlie for truly teaching me a practice! I wasn't very good at this one yet but I'll keep working. I absolutely loved the grounding aspect of this, the colors and light were beautiful!

And ah it was so peaceful joining you in the forest and for that beautiful song! It reminds me of coming to the UK from Australia this time two years ago to meet my English (now-) husband for the first time in the flesh and he drove me from the airport to a similar forest setting! It delighted my heart to be in that beautiful place (quite different to forests here) and of course to finally be in the arms of my beloved, thanking God for how we were connected from across the planet through faith. I was wrapped up in a big coat of course and now I'm wondering how chilly you may have been at the end of shavasana in this video! Hehe. You are so game! I hope it gave your nervous system a big boost and that your immune system is keeping strong. THIS WAS FANTASTIC! I was smiling so big when we somehow found ourselves back in twisted chair!! Such a creative flow!
I enjoyed the multiple twists and am pleased to hold warrior three with arms outstretched. Feeling strong and stable.
I appreciated you suggesting we push knee against elbow in revolved chair. Fantastic cue!
