I wonder why literally nobody shows that it can do maths equations as well in the advanced note taking section. I think that is a very cool feature.

I have an older model Nook and I have been researching for months to upgrade. Definitely thinking of going to this one. I love to take notes while I read.

I have the pen case and it also works as a stand, if you bend the flap against a table, it holds still, but only in landscape of course

Many reviews show that the libra colour doesn‘t get as bright as other black and white e readers.. But would you say it‘s still bright enough to read in the sun?

How is the frontlight evenness? I had the libra 2 and the screen was darker towards the side with the page turn buttons. Can you please open a completely white page and check the evenness by turning on the brightness to 80% in a dark room?
I had a look at mine and it might be slightly lighter at the page turn buttons but I couldn't really tell and it looked pretty even to me
You're probably the first reviewer who says loving the color screen than the black & white lol
My pre-order combo white + beige cover is arriving in a couple of days. I think my feeling for the color screen will be similar to yours!
Note I'm a converted long term Kindle reader.
Color is like an added bonus for me hehe now i can use it with my recipe books!

Hi! How does your kobo libra H2O sleepcover looks so new after all these years? I have the same cover and is falling apart (and I’m soooo careful with it). Do you use it just at home? I just bought the new libra color and I’m not sure if I should buy the kobo sleepcover because the first one started to look so bad after the first year of use….

Should be the Kobo one, tho there are some third party ones that seem to work.

Can you read along while listening an audio book? My Libra 2 isn't capable of this
I got one but had to return it. The display had a bunch of white pinholes that were allowing excess light to shine through. Especially on colors and dark mode 😢 Did you see anything like that on yours?

I’ve just ordered one! I was always a kobo girlie, then I got a kindle paperwhite 5 which is nice but the home screen just annoys me because I want to see MY book collection. Kobo is superior in this regard, IMO.
That said - mine hasn’t come yet and this is the first review that says the back of the white Libra Colour is GREY?! GAH - I thought it would be white like the front, perfect background for my stickers. 😅
The e-reader, the product, the plastic, seems off-white more than pure white, isn't?
I have the kindle paperwhite and am trying my best to wait for Amazon to release their color e-reader BUT I AM SO TEMPTED!!!!! ugh I feel like I am going to fold at any moment
80% brightness, hope the battery lasts as I have the Clara Colour and it felt like the battery drained a few % within just 2 hours of reading with wifi off and all. Thanks for the video.
I’ve been reading in my clara colour for 10 days (I’m 3 complete books in) and my battery is at 44%, I didn’t cut back on light but I didn’t always need to use any so I can’t really say how much I’ve used 😅 still pretty good in my opinion

It's the screen refreshing.

I'd like to know if a Kobo Libra 2 case could fit a Kobo Libra Color. Does anyone know? Unfortunately in my country I couldn't find cases for the Libra Kobo Color and found the e-reader itself in only one single site, which of course did not offer a case for it.
The library management needs to enforce the bans. I used to work in one and staff are often harassed and it’s very hard to ban a patron to begin with

have you actually tried an e-reader? This is a common feeling before a person actually tries reading on one. It has so very many advantages.
@@twobabyboyz I have both and love my ereader BUT the ipad mini is the superior reading device imo
This product complements the iPad mini and is for a different use case, it's not made to replace it. Battery life lasts for weeks, fantastic for reading in bright sunlight (especially compared to iPad mini), easier on the eyes, etc.
You may not care about those things, so if that case just don't get it haha. But there are great reasons to want this over the iPad for reading
