Get the Sony Zve 10. Its somewhere between 500 and 600$ and it does the job. You can always upgrade later. Lenses are a lot more important so invest in a good one. I highly suggest the Sigma 30mm f1.4.

Another topic after setting up the correct lighting, how to set up picture profiles and get a good image out
I just purchased the ZVE10ii after switching from canon DSLR. I would love to know why is all the video footage I shoot on the ZVE10ii blurry? I am using the kit lens. I tried shooting manual but switched back to auto and no matter what it's not crispy and clear like your videos. Is there something I need to adjust on the camera?
@@MrPaulXavier I set the focus to auto continuous my frame rate is 24 and in Program auto because manual isn't crisp either. I am also signing up for your course, hoping the settings will be able to be fixed if Its in the course. Thanks for the response.
Your video has been super helpful - the quality looks amazing. So it's ideal for making live streams 1 hour plus without overheating in a room temperature ? The lens I should get to shoot my presentation, just my face is Sigma 16mm f/1.4 ? I noticed you were able to zoom in automatically, - is that a feature of the camera?
I agree with you on the 10 bit 422. Not a lot of cameras have 10 bit 422 at this price point. To get c log 3 in canon you need the r8 which is more expensive and doesn’t have the same dynamic range. Then one could argue full frame vs apsc. I personally prefer Sony over canon they tend to cripple the cameras less than canon. Plus with Sony you get 3 different codecs. S log 3 variety of lenses etc. I think for people looking to get their first camera this is definitely a good option.

The ZVe1 is basically the full frame version of this camera. So very similar features but the zve1 has no crop, better low light due to larger sensor, better background blur, etc.
